Fulda ist eine Reise wert!
Pros:

Zentraler geht nicht in Fulda! Mittendrin! Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und ein kleiner Sonderwunsch wurde sofort erfüllt!

Hochpreisige suite mit sehr viel Platz, allem Komfort und riesigem Balkon. Separate Toilette neben dem luxusbad.

Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, alles ordentlich und sauber.

Cons:

Bei dem ersten telefonische Kontakt war eine sehr unfreundliche Dame am Telefon, diese Person sollte unbedingt über einen Jobwechsel nachdenken. Es war aber zum Glück der einzige unfreundliche Kontakt mit dem Personal.
Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Baustelle, die an Werktagen ab 7:00h mit Baulärm beginnt.
Ich hatte telefonisch angefragt, ob das gebuchte Zimmer ruhig nach hinten liegt, dies wurde bestätigt. Spätestens jetzt hätte der Hinweis mit der Baustelle kommen müssen, es kam aber nichts, sehr schade.
Badetuch im Bad war an den Rändern ausgerissen und sehr dünn.

Pros:

Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Das Bett war wirklich sehr bequem und die Größe des Zimmers war ordentlich.
Außerdem gibt es vermutlich keine bessere Lage.
Es gibt sogar hoteleigene Parkplätze.
Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Zimmer waren super sauber und sehr ruhig (Hinterhof) auch bei offenem Fenster. Es gab alles was man brauchte und hochwertige Pflegeprodukte. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut ausgestattet und lecker, insbesondere die hausgemachten Marmeladen.

Sowohl Hotelkomfort als auch Lage des Hotels empfehlen sich für einen Aufenthalt in Fulda.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, ein Großteil der Sehenswürdigkeiten wie auch zahlreiche hochwertige Restaurants sind im Umkreis von 1 km sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Früstücksbuffet bot eine reichhaltige Auswahl für jede Geschmacksrichtung, der Geräuschpegel im Frühstücksraum war aufgrund der Raumteiler und Tischanordnung wohltuend leise.

Cons:

Leider erlebten wir auch hier wieder, dass das bei Booking.Com als Zimmer mit Doppelbett und entsprechend mit Doppelbettsymbol gekennzeichnete (und deshalb gebuchte) Zimmer sich vor Ort als Zimmer mit 2 90 x 200 cm großen, zusammengestellten Einzelbetten entpuppte. Diese hatten dann in der Nacht die Tendenz, sich zu separieren und einen Graben zu bilden. Hier sollte in der Beschreibung die Art des Bettes klar kommuniziert werden.
