The room I stay was different from the room I was given online.
Nothing really, it’s just a convenient hotel if you’re having a concert at the O2 Arena.
When I first arrived it was very dirty, the floors has multiple stains on the carpet. Bed sheets had specks of dirt on them. Also after I had a shower my body began to break out in a rash, almost like I was bite by something. I checked for bed bugs and couldn’t find much, however both of us experienced itchiness. Also asked the receptionist if they had glasses for drinks and was referred to tesco. Couple more pounds and I could’ve gotten somewhere much more nicer.

What an incredible concept! My stay at Zedwell Greenwich was outstanding from start to finish. The rooms are extremely practical, thoughtfully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything throughout the hotel was impeccably clean and always smelled fresh, creating the feeling of staying in a hotel of a much higher category.
A special thank you to Tamanna at reception, whose kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help added a wonderful personal touch to the experience. The rest of the staff were equally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay.
The location is excellent, close to many attractions and surrounded by a great variety of restaurants and food options. The hotel is very well connected, with easy access to the Underground, trains, and the Uber Boat service from Greenwich. Taking the boat from Greenwich is not only practical but also one of the most enjoyable ways to see London from a different perspective.
Zedwell Greenwich offers a unique concept focused on comfort, rest, and simplicity, and it delivers exceptionally well. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London and will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
