Bed and the peace
The bathroom door quite see through
Very clean, nice choice of products in the bathrooms, the cleaning team are doing a great job. As a concept hotel it is great.

Check in was super easy. The evening/night staff were super helpful as I arrived late. Lovely and comfortable bed. Nice shower. Super quiet. Perfect for one night as a business trip. No need for luxuries. Just the necessities.

Hotels was clean, modern and quiet despite being on a main road
The air-conditioning was impossible to get right and simple fresh air was not an option. The staff were lacklustre and the interactions I had with them they were less than eager to please. The room could benefit from a TV, minibar, coat hangers or even a seat to sit on.
Very close to O2 great place to stay after a concert as only 20 minutes by the 188 bus to get back.

It's basic, but good value for money! The location is good (close to Deptford and Cutty Sark stations) and the property itself feels secure.
I travel often, and they are unable to negotiate a better rate even though I will be down more.
