Perfect overnight stay!
Pros:

A perfect spot for an overnight London stay. Staff super helpful. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Be aware no windows but AC is fab if you need it.

Great 2 night stay with my partner, easy to find, very comfy and good amenities
Pros:

Lovely room, so clean and really comfortable bed!

Cons:

Just needed more pillows!

Good for just sleeping
Pros:

Close proximity to the O2, was easy to get back in the evening late at night.

Cons:

Bed was quite firm initially but was actually comfortable after a while. Shower water wasn’t that hot, no duvet provided only a top sheet. No bin in the room and also no signal but I assume that’s the whole concept.

Minimalist to a fault
Pros:

Staff were lovely

Cons:

We weren't allowed to have glasses for water in our room, and the vending machine for water/sparkling water wasn't working in the lobby despite multiple tries. Really bad to not be able to get water/anything to drink!!!
Only a few hairdryers available in the hotel and they'd all been given to other rooms so I couldn't use one for NYE.

Good location for bus to the O2
Pros:

Good location for the O2- bus stop outside.
We knew what to expect ie no windows and very minimalist.
It was very quiet once inside the room.

Cons:

Bed is on the floor, which could be difficult for someone with mobility issues, but we found it OK.
