Palazzo Hikkaduwa

had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also a big plus only a few minutes’ walk to the town, shops, and restaurants.
Overall, it was a great experience with good service, cleanliness, and convenience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again

Close proximity to the Hikkaduwa town, and the pool (unfortunately i didn’t use), but most of the people made the difference. Mr. Nissanka who looked after the F&B was amazing and very accommodating. Mr. Nishan who was the manager was extremely helpful and very welcoming. All other staff always had a smile on their face while made me welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo! The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I’ll definitely recommend Palazzo to my friends and hope to visit again soon!

The view from the balcony was absolutely fantastic and made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Ek het ’n werklik wonderlike ervaring by Palazzo Hikkaduwa Hotel gehad. Die kamers was skoon, gemaklik en baie goed onderhou. Die personeel het uitstekende diens gelewer en was altyd professioneel, vriendelik en behulpsaam. Die ligging is perfek net ’n kort stap na die strand en naby al die hoofbesienswaardighede. Algeheel ’n baie bevredigende verblyf, en ek sal beslis weer terugkeer. Sterk aanbeveel!

Highly recommended hotel! It’s a bit away from the beach, but right in the heart of Hikkaduwa town away from the busy, noisy areas. Everything you need is close by supermarkets, wine stores, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk. The beach is also easily reachable within 5–10 minutes on foot.
Friendly and helpful staff are always available anytime, making the stay even more comfortable. Definitely visiting again in February 2026 on my next trip to Sri Lanka! Perfect place for a peaceful and memorable stay.

Not bad at first glance.

Only a few reviews because they're very new but such a great place, it won't take long for them to be well established. We stayed there for one night. The rooms are lovely, super clean and comfortable and very nice clean pool. The setting is perfect, just a few minutes from the beach. Great place to stay! Wish them all the best. Definitely see u again 😊
