You should take it off your list as it only puts your name in bad list.
Pros:

Really nothing which I can rate.

Cons:

Firstly, it mentions that they have EV charging, this does not exist. Even the staff is not aware of.
They said no EV charging, just phone charging.
The room was stinky, bathroom was not clean, the floors were sticky kind,
Mosquitoes, TV is android and does not have any connections, the bed was uncomfortable, noisy room from road noise outside.

PATHETIC PROPERTY AND TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

The Behaviour of Receptionist.

Cons:

1. Very Noisy Location. Heavy Vehicular movement throughout night, blaring different types of Horns.
2. Rooms are extremely dirty. Fungus on walls. Ceiling is leaking in Room as well as Washroom. Pictures & Video recorded for evidence. I was shifted to another property of the same hotel chain and it was NO better except leakage. Handles of inside room and washroom are broken. Window broken resulting invasion of mosquitoes. Mattress is completely sagged.
3. Breakfast was very much inadequate and very much below standard.
4. The property is NOT fit for even 2 Star leave alone 3 Star.

It was a complete SCAM !! Be careful !
The owner owns 4 hotels nearby each other. The hotels are shabby and the receptionists are rude.

They shifted me from my booking to another hotel saying that the other hotel is better. The other hotel had a very corner room with no windows, very dusty. The hot water did not work. The sink was broken. The bed was damp. When I complained, they said that they cannot help as they have given out other rooms. There were no toiletries or towels. It seems they avoided giving out anything.

Just the location. Nothing else.

Cons:

The hotel infrastructure is very old and it's gloomy and unhygienic. There is a bad smell all around, washrooms are old and rusty, insects too will accompany the guests. Heavily photoshopped on travel websites.
