Cons:

Душевая кабина ржавая и с плесенью, полотенце грязные , балкон маленький и кондиционер стоит внутри балкона и горячий воздух заполняет весь балкон , подушки очень тонкие , тёплых пледов нет, кухня и посуда и кухонные шкафы воняют , уборщица приходит всегда во время сиесты и звонит в дверь без придуприждения

good but not really clean…
Cons:

it wasn’t really clean. There were crumbs of food on the beds.
The fridge was not working.

Good value for the money, a little bit far from center (2 km) but manageable in shoulder season
Pros:

Everything was fine, big room with kitchenette, nothing shabby or smelly even if the furniture is not quite new. Lidle supermarket is not far (10 minutes walking). There is a bus station (also 10 minute walking towards the city center), I used it to go to the City Central Bus Station to reach the center of the Larnaka so I don't know if you can go from there directly to the airport. I travelled in november so the weather was balmy and walking was a pleasure.
