Vorsicht! Geld kassiert, aber kein Check-in möglich!
Cons:

Absolut enttäuschend und unprofessionell. Dieses Hotel nimmt das Geld im Voraus an, aber wenn man ankommt, steht man vor verschlossenen Türen. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt und niemand war vor Ort, um mich zu empfangen. Ich habe mehrmals versucht, die angegebenen Telefonnummern anzurufen, aber es ging absolut niemand ran. Ich habe für eine Leistung bezahlt, die ich nie erhalten habe. Finger weg von diesem Hotel!

Rauhallinen pikku hotelli pienessä saksalaiskylässä.
Pros:

Sopiva aamiainen jolla sai päivän hyvin käyntiin ennen pitkää ajopäivää. Hotelli erittäin rauhallisella paikalla pienessä kylässä. Lähiseudulla ruokaravintoloita jokaiseen makuun. Huone oli uppkreidattu kokonaiseksi huoneistoksi omalla parvekkeella!

Alles Bestens, man kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Pros:

Kleines gemütliches Hotel Privat geführt. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und schön ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Es war alles in Ordnung und unseren Vorstellungen entsprechend, also keine negativen Punkte.

La posizione. Dovevo andare in fiera a Karlsruhe e ci arrivavo comodamente. Camera ampia e comoda

Nessun servizio. In 5 giorni la camera non è mai stata pulita, non sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, e non c'era fornitura di carta igienica (sono stato costretto ad acquistarla presso un supermercato). La colazione era scarsa e servita in ritardo

Gemütliches Hotel mit TOP-Betreiber
Pros:

Wir waren eine Nacht hier. Die Ortschaft selber ist klein, urig und abgelegen. Wir sind von Karlsruhe nach Gaggenau gefahren, um am nächsten Tag von dort aus weiter nach Frankreich zu fahren. Die abgeschiedene Lage sorgt für entsprechende Ruhe im Hotel selbst. Im Hof stehen kostenlose Parkplätze für die Gäste zur Verfügung. Unser Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. WLAN steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen Fernseher und Balkon.

Der Betreiber ist sehr zuvorkommend und versucht den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Es gibt auch ein sehr gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum (Hanteln, Geräte). Ein Frühstück kann gegen einen Aufpreis vor Ort zugebucht werden, man muss dem Betreiber nur mitteilen wann man Frühstücken möchte. Der Essens- und Aufenthaltsraum ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es gibt einen SB-Schrank zu vernünftigen Preisen.

Das Frühstück selbst wurde frisch zubereitet, es standen frische Brötchen zur Verfügung. Es wurde auch gefragt, ob man denn eine Wurst- und Käseplatte (ohne Aufpreis) dazu haben möchte. Es gab frisch gekochten Kaffee und ein Frühstücksei.
Es standen ebenfalls Müsli und Cornflakes bereit sowie diverse Konfitüren und Nutella. Die Wurst- und Käseplatte war liebevoll angerichtet.

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einem Hotelbetreiber, der (in unseren Augen) für seine Gäste alles gibt. Bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Karlsruhe und Umland werden wir gerne wieder einkehren.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts, was man aussetzen könnte. Man sollte seine Erwartungen immer auch an den Preis anpassen den man nun mal zahlt. Wir waren daher zu diesem Preis mehr als nur Zufrieden.
