Pros:

La cena merita, anche se un po’ costosa per i nostri standard ma veramente buona.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato una camera con il bagno in comune. Il bagno era pulito, ma era piccolo e non dotato di antibagno. Quindi la porta dava direttamente sul corridoio delle altre camere. Un antibagno garantirebbe più privacy.

Det beste hotellet vi har besøkt! Vertskap som var behjelpelig, hyggelige og imøtekommende. Atmosfæren i hotellet var nydelig. Maten var utsøkt, lokalmat på sitt beste! Elgsuppen var noe av det beste vi har smakt. Frokosten var minneverdig!

We really enjoyed our stay and dinner as well. Specifically the 3 set menu was excellent.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Tailor made and personal. This stay was towards the end of the trip after several hikes, white water rafting etc. Hence it was a good way to finalise our trip ( ie relax and have an enjoyable meal).

Pros:

The room and the shared WC were as advertised. The main advantage of the place, however, is its restaurant which serves amazing dinners (you need to inform the hotel the day before your arrival, but they send a message ahead of time). Local produce which tends to achieve the level of haute cuisine. Breakfasts don't seem huge, but you are given good choice of food and it's still enough to get you 50km further on a bike. The staff is extremely helpful at all times!

Cons:

Room was small, just a bit larger than the bed and the wardrobe (that was just as advertised).

Remarkable Stay
Pros:

When you walk in the hotel you immediately feel like at home. Nice, cosy, well maintained. Nice rooms. Staff is very nice and helpful and the restaurant with preset menu is excellent.
