Clean, comfortable and a great value.
Pros:

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. The pool and workout room are really nice. This is a very nice hotel for Ipil.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the electric Buffett servers were usually not turned on so the food cooled to room temperature. I know it is a Filipino thing to not care if food is warm but for foreigners, we are not used to it.

It was a good stay. My daughter enjoyed the pool so much.

The breakfast was superb. Worth every peso you paid but could be improved. Limited selection but it's still worth it.

Overall it was a good stay and I would stay there again.
Pros:

I like that the building is newly built, so it is nice and clean. The gym was very nice too. I didn't use the pool, but it looks nice too. Good coffee in the coffee shop. The restaurant upstairs was good too.

Cons:

I wasn't given a very nice view from my room and a worker walked right by my window (even though I was on the 3rd floor), just after I got out of the shower, so that was a bit embarrassing.

5 star stay in Ipil
Pros:

Hotel is brand new. Lot of investment gone into the hotel. Congrats to the owners for doing it right. Great Asian restaurant. Great staff. Hotel still new and I'm sure even better things to come.

Cons:

Restaurant needs a good coffee machine.
