The property is near to restaurants and subways. The breakfast is standard but they have staff cooking fresh scrambled egg. The room is reasonably big and clean.
The property has only 2 car spots in front of it, but this isn’t clearly described. You cannot reserve a spot, so if you aren’t lucky enough to arrive before the car parking gets full you miss out.
It has dangerous stairs, they are uneven, steep, and narrow and there is a hand rail on only one side on the bottom flight of stairs. All rooms are upstairs and if you aren’t fit enough for carrying your luggage upstairs, you won’t be able to carry them upstairs. Even for fit people, if you have a large bag it would still be very difficult to carry it upstairs. The stairs would also be very difficult to navigate if you have mobility or balance issues.
Being more proactive with the information provided to guests would be helpful. I told one of the receptionists that we were going to Cajon del Maipo and asked if we could use card there or whether we would need cash. We were told that “everywhere” accepts card. So we arrived at Termas de las Colinas after a 2.5 hour drive and couldn’t swim because it is cash only. Granted, we did not specify that we were going to the termas but since it is the main attraction of Cajon del Maipo, one should think it’s important to point out to guests that the termas is one place where cash is needed.

I was able to drob my bags before the check-in and after check-in as well, which was handy. Location is quite, clean and overall great. Nothing fancy but good for a couple of nights stay.

Very nice small hotel with a garden view
Breakfast was really small, most of the things are on request (small eggs portion, croissant, milk etc). Window are not soundproofed, the are dogs barking at night. Rooms are very basic, there was only shampoo in the bathroom (no soap / shower gel).

Su ubicación, ya que estaba cerca de una estación de metro… muchos lugares para comprar y/o comer.
La cama era cómoda y tenía televisor.
El baño tenía olor raro como a “desagüe”, por lo que tuvimos tener prendido el extractor siempre y no dejar la puerta abierta del baño, de lo contrario el olor ingresaba directo a la habitación.
Toallas machadas, si bien olían a limpio, estaban con manchas oscuras, lo que daba un poco de asco al ser toallas blancas.
Aparte me cobraron un valor muy diferente al que aparecía en Booking, pero como estaba enferma no dije nada ya que sólo me quería acostar.
Desayuno simple.
Excelente localização, equipe muito cordial e amável, quarto e banheiros amplos, bom custo/benefício.
Acordei às 5h da manhã com os hóspedes de um dos apartamentos vizinhos tomando banho. O barulho da água era muito, mas muito alto, parecia que estavam se banhando ao lado da nossa cama. Enfim, dormi muito mal por conta disto. O barulho das pessoas caminhando pelo corredores também incomoda. Enfim, o hotel precisa trabalhar no isolamento acústico dos quartos.
