Nossa estadia foi muito agradável, superou nossas expectativas.
Pros:

A localização muito boa, em uma região segura, próxima a restaurantes, metrô e supermercado. Os funcionários gentis e muito atenciosos. Nos dias de passeios muito cedo, saída antes do café da manhã, o hotel disponibilizou um lanche para levarmos, o que ajudou muito otimizar nosso tempo.

Cons:

Noise through out the night, as the room was adjoining the kitchen. Also we could continuously hear the pump sound. No wardrobe. Room is too toooo small.

Petit hôtel très bien situé dans un quartier calme de Santiago avec plein de restaurants à proximité. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Cons:

Notre salle de bain était petite et humide, la ventilation ne marchait pas bien.
