Beautiful hotel , stunning location and grounds . Staff very friendly and helpful . Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Stayed for a birthday and they not only arranged for flowers in room that hubby had ordered but also put two delicious cupcakes boxed with happy birthday message . Evening meal and breakfast were beautiful , couldn t fault it.
Couldn t fault anything

Views from the hotel.
Bedroom was freezing. Shower not spotless. Breakfast was not à la carte.
Location was perfect for our coastal trip
Nothing
Room was comfortable and no problem
Dowdy, old fashioned and tired decor.
Polite but extremely poor service in restaurant: inordinate delays between courses despite prompts. Repeat requests for water and incorrect bottle of wine delivered , which we unfortunately neglected to note until after tasting. (It was of course £7 more expensive)
Food was excellent, as was the location.
No that's all.
Hospitality and views
Dinner was served slow because of a tour group who arrived all at 7pm. The staff did well to try to keep all happy but they were under pressure to deliver.
The space was gorgeous, is and it was very good value for what you get.
Not especially helpful support through the online messaging system. (There was a professional response though)

Comfortable spacious room. Very good restaurant (for both dinner and breakfast). Absolutely beautiful gardens, a highlight of our stay. Overall, very good value, and highly recommended.
Location, restaurant, professional and kind staff.
Anything.
Location and cleanliness
Waiting an hour for a table then waiting another hour for our drinks and being seated by the main stairs then being given same seats for breakfast even though restaurant was empty.
Location fab
Staff top notch
Bed super comfy
Portion size at dinner quite small for price paid
