Not good for stay with family
Pros:

The Location was good, near Central station, the apartment was not good quality as advertised.

Cons:

Disappointing
Pros:

Within walking distance from the main railway station and that was it.

Cons:

The room looks much more worn out than in the photos. The sofa bed was stained and had cigarette burn holes. Towels smelt anything but clean. Fixtures looked cheap. The tap in the bathroom was shaky. The coffee machine was very dirty, almost moldy. The kettle was a cheap model with plastic inside. The kitchen area smelt of dirt.

Wir sind nach 2min sofort aus der Wohnung und habe ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

Una gran decepcion
Pros:

La ubicacion desde luego. El que hubiera aire acondicionado. Se me contesto a los mensajes.

Cons:

La falta de limpieza. El estado del armario que se suponia debia tener puertas. Las bombillas que no funcionaban y tuvimos que pedir. La ducha que le salia agua por todas partes. El portarrollos que se caia. La cortina de la ducha junto con otros elementos del apartamento estaban sucios. Habia una cama supletoria que no pedimos y quitaba espacio. La falta de un trapo de cocina o en su defecto papel de cocina para secar la vajilla anticuada que habia.

Situation par rapport aux transports

Cons:

Équipement très moyen comme la propreté. TV HS pendant la Coupe du Monde!
Appartement très mal isolé donc bruyant
Donc excessivement cher pour la prestation et visuels limite mensongers.

Bad smell and problems in almost all rooms
Pros:

Location very close to Tram and Ubahn Theresienwiese.

Cons:

It was very smelly when we came in. We had to open all windows because the odor was unbearable. There was one shower that never stopped dropping water and it was loud at night. We never used the kitchen to cook because it was disgusting both the bad smell and partially grassy kitchenware.
The walls in the floor have big stains, the bathroom lights work with sensors that are malfunctioning and we had to close the doors of the bathrooms at night because it was going on and off the whole night. There were more things that we did not like but these were the main points.

Cons:

Room don’t clean and old , things are broke or not good condition. Sofa old and stain , old find but must clean. Bed , pillows blankets old and smell also stains . Kitchen not clean, things in cabinet dishes glass all not well clean . Toilet also not clean.

Pros:

La posizione. In 20 minuti si arriva a Marienplatz ed è ancora più vicino agli stand Octoberfest. Rapporto posizione/prezzo molto buono.

Cons:

La descrizione dell' appartamento non era chiarissima, quindi ci siamo trovati in un monolocale quando pensavamo ci fosse una camera da letto separata.
