Pros:

We loved the central location, the size of the apartment, the comfortable mattresses, the possibility to park right at the door, the access instructions.

Cons:

It's hard to find from the street, you really have to know it's in the courtyard.
For the rest, it's miasing details in cleaning and maintenance...but it is true that they are only noticeable when you live in the place.

Mit meinem Aufenthalt im Aparthotel bin ich mehr als nur zufrieden. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und bequem. Man hat viel Platz. Man fühlt sich nicht eingeschränkt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Alles war frisch. Die Lage ist auch top. Es ist sehr nahe am Hauptbahnhof. Die Nachbarschaft ist auch sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich sicher. Das Zimmer selbst ist auch sehr ruhig. Ich konnte Nachts gut schlafen ohne mich gestört zu fühlen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und war immer verfügbar für Fragen und Tips rund um Müchen. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft zu 100%. Vielen lieben Dank. Bis zum nächsten mal



I was more than satisfied with my stay at the aparthotel. The room is very large and comfortable. There's plenty of space, and you don't feel cramped at all. The room is very clean, and everything was fresh. The location is also fantastic, very close to the main train station. The neighborhood is very quiet, and you feel safe. The room itself is also very quiet. I was able to sleep well at night without being disturbed. The host is very friendly and was always available for questions and tips about Munich. Functionable and did what it needed to do but didn't go above and beyond.
Pros:

Easy to access and convenient location. Staff I ran into around the property was very nice and pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Dishes were provided. Room itself worked great.

Cons:

Sheets and towels were not very clean (some stains). No washing machine soap was provided and the only shower materials (shampoo, etc) provided was just one gel.
