Orvieto splendida, ma non questo Hotel.
Pros:

vicinanza con il centro. città stupenda, cattedrale unica.

Cons:

riscaldamento non funzionante e stanza gelida all'arrivo e nonostante vari solleciti non abbiamo raggiunto temperatura appena dignitosa fino a sera inoltrata. Impianto idrico non funzionante, non arrivava che un filo d'acqua nei bagni, impossibile lavarsi. Il parcheggio indicato su Booking poi non c'era e dopo mille discussioni abbiamo ottenuto il permesso di lasciare auto in zona scarico. Hotel d'epoca non rinnovato minimamente, uno dei più incommentabili.

Posizione fantastica per visitare Orvieto. Camera molto spaziosa, bagno moderno e pulito. Colazione abbastanza varia e buona, stanza colazione troppo piccola per gli ospiti presenti e personale non adeguato al servizio.

Cons:

Nella prenotazione hanno chiesto la preferenza di letti e hanno confermato di poter soddisfare la richiesta, in realtà non hanno dato quanto richiesto. Se non è possibile una quadrupla con 4 singoli non bisognerebbe chiedere la prefernza, perché per noi non ci sono stati comunque problemi ma non è detto per tutti.

Un hôtel très agréable, où l’on est très bien accueilli, même si les chambres sont un peu vieillottes
Pros:

Un hôtel très bien situé et un personnel à la réception très aimable et prêt à rendre service : aide pour monter les bagages, indications touristique sur la ville, grande bouilloire d’eau chaude à notre demande. Merci beaucoup à eux, c’est quelque chose de rare en Italie. Après un mois de voyage et 17 Hotel c’est l’un de nos meilleurs accueils !

Cons:

Le sol de la chambre n’était pas propre et le ménage sous le lit n’avait pas été fait depuis assez longtemps…
