Angenehmer Aufenthalt in top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind teilweise voll renoviert worden und sind sehr komfortabel und angenehm eingerichtet. Bei der Ankunft bekamen wir ein kostenloses Upgrade.

Cons:

Das Personal ist nicht wichtig freundlich und der Kellner im Restaurant wusste Grundinformationen zu den Gerichten nicht.

Personal foarte atent și receptiv, oferă toate informațiile de care ai nevoie, fără timpi de așteptare mari. Hotelul este foarte curat, amplasat într-o zonă foarte bună, aproape de centru. Parcare contra-cost la hotel.

Un sejur minunat!
Pros:

Mic dejun foarte variat si bogat, cafea excelenta atat in camera cat si la micul dejun, locația foarte bună in centru, aproape de zona pietonala cu restaurante si terase. Vom reveni cu siguranță!

Kellemes, nívós hotel, nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel, kisebb hibákkal
Pros:

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen van, az óvárostól pár sarokra. A közelben üzletek, éttermek is vannak. A személyzet igazán segítőkész, az adminisztráció gördülékeny, a tisztaságra sem lehet panasz. Mi superior szobában voltunk, azt láthatóan nemrég újították fel, igényesen.

Cons:

A reggeli korrekt volt, de minőségben jobbat vártunk egy négycsillagos szállodától. A franciaágy kialakítása nagyon nem tetszett: túl puha, a párnák kemények és két személy egyetlen közös paplant kap... A parkoló a nagy szállodához képest kis méretű és nehezen megközelíthető a forgalmas utca felől. A 13 emeletes épületben mindössze kettő kisméretű lift található, ezért reggel és délelőtt sokat kell várni rá és majdnem minden emeleten megáll...

Pros:

I received a free upgrade. The room had been recently renovated and it smelt and felt as if nobody had used it before. Clean, stylish, welcoming.
Rich breakfast and also plenty of parking space.
The view over Timisoara from the windows and end-of-corridor is great.

Cons:

The reception staff, otherwise extraordinarily professional and efficient, might do with some extra help as the hotel is rather big to handle reception with only 2 persons.
