Hotel très bien situé. Petit soucis au check in mais réglé tres rapidement, self check mais personnel disponible rapidement par whatsapp pour nous aider. Chambre spacieuse, prise USB C directement dans le mur, salle de bain très bien. Climatisation fonctionne bien. Machine a laver + séchoir intégré très pratique.
Rooftop a côté, bruyant uniquement le WE.

La ubicación muy buena cerca de muchos lugares de interés y metro cerca. El departamento muy cómodo cocina excelente refrigerador grande. Camas cómodas. Piso radiante. Televisión extra grande. Lavadora con secadora.
Todo me gustó. Quizas lo único que le pondria sería un closet. Ya que no hay mucho espacio para guardar ropa. Lo demás todo excelente.

因為是三人入住，入住前有事先詢問是否能多要一件棉被，也有回覆可以直接去B1跟人員領取。但當天實際問B1值班人員表示目前沒有，有的話隔天會通知，然後就沒通知了，覺得不管有沒有應該都要回覆
Excellent location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul for sightseeing. It’s within walking distance of Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung palaces, as well as the Myeongdong district for shopping and SPA visits. A big plus for the comfort of the stay was the washer-dryer and the small kitchenette available in the room. Check-in and check-out are done via QR codes and are very simple. The place is quite new and kept very clean.
The room was definitely too warm. Since it was March, the remote-controlled heating system was set to heat and stubbornly maintained a temperature of 27°C, which was way too hot for us. Despite our attempts to turn it off, the system kept resetting to its original settings, so we had to use the air conditioning to cope. The rooms are quite small with limited space to fully open a suitcase. It would also be helpful to have more hangers and more space to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom. However, overall, it’s a very good value for money, and I think we will stay there again.
Really loved the location, and we really liked how cozy the room was and the homely vibes. Really liked the huge fridge, and also liked that there were utensils and plates readily available. Best part is the washing machine which comes with a dryer, there was no need to bring sufficient clothes for all days since I was able to do laundry and have it dry within 3 hrs. Lastly, the staff were really nice and understanding, they kindly let me have a 1 hr late checkout then I requested for last minute as i was not feeling very well. One time they even offered to drop off the towels for me when I met them in the lift. Thanks so much to the staff :)
I got used to it after a while, but I think I would have felt more secure if the room had a physical lock in addition to the digital lock, especially since it opens outside rather than inside of the room.

We loved our stay here! The property is very clean, quiet, beds are comfortable, great shower, great facilities including lift, washing machine, cooking facilities (although we didn’t use), regular sized fridge, and it is near and accessible to everything.
The staff are friendly and customer service is superb!! We hurriedly checked out and forgot my jacket and the staff kindly retrieved and returned it to me. Communication is fantastic and staff are very responsive even if everything is done digitally.
Check in was easy and instructions are clear and straightforward. Luggage storage is available and spacious and accessible after check out. Coming back to collect them was no fuss. I highly recommend this and we will stay again if we decide to come back to Seoul!
No tea and coffee but there are lots of cafes around.
