Dommage...
Pros:

Le bus aménagé était "cosy", avec une décoration mignonne et il était propre. Installations extérieures face au volcan appréciables (fauteuil suspendu, petit table, pelouse artificielle).

Cons:

Panne d'eau courante au bout du 2ème jour. Nous sommes partis au bout du 3ème. Nous sommes des habitués des voyages en van, devoir se laver ou faire la vaisselle avec peu d'eau ou encore avoir la Nature comme seuls toilettes : on sait faire si on s'y prépare. Là c'était totalement imprévu.

Propriétaire peu réactive et aux justifications suspicieuses (absence de réponse la veille de notre arrivée pour "intervention médicale urgente à l'étranger" + client précédent ivre qui "aurait" refusé de partir, ce qui "aurait" entrainé une intervention de la police, justifiant un check-in retardé de 2h + circuit de l'eau qui "aurait" été endommagé par le client précédent + un manque de réactivité justifié par un décès dans la famille de la propriétaire = ça fait beaucoup en 3 jours et pour une seule personne ! Nous avons du mal à y croire !)

Un technicien est venu constater les dommages sanitaires après sa journée de travail mais n'a pas pu faire la réparation. Il pouvait repasser le lendemain matin. Nous en étions au 3ème jour sans eau courante. On aurait pensé que, le temps de la réparation, la propriétaire pouvait nous proposer un accès aux sanitaires via une nuit en hôtel par exemple : comme dédommagement de 3 jours entiers sans eau courante, c'est un petit-déjeuner offert qui nous a été suggéré pour ensuite nous assurer qu'un message serait envoyé à Booking afin d'obtenir le remboursement intégral du séjour. Nous sommes partis de la location le 28 Février et à ce jour (le 10 Mars), aucune nouvelle de ce remboursement.

Cons:

Lo peor de todo es pedir a la propietaria 2h antes mínimo para que te de agua caliente antes de ducharte. Como no controles bien el control del agua, te quedas sin luz y sin agua....tendrás que esperar hasta el día siguente. Ya que la caravana funciona por la luz solar.

Pros:

I met Carla who was super nice and helpful, location great , beautiful peaceful area around, very nice bakery nearby too,experience very different from usual as we never stayed in bus before but it was fun and cosy place and my son loved it, thats all what matters.We left early so couldnt enjoy peaceful longer stay there which would be very nice.

Cons:

Very complicated way how shower works.It works but water caming very slowly,no water in kitchen so I couldnt wash my coffee mug.
