Disappointing stay with two nights of very interrupted rest
Pros:

The shower was nice. Also the location was ideally situated, walking distance from both the train station and the lakeside area. Almost everything you need can be reached by 15 minutes of walking.

Cons:

Our room was extremely hot and front facing, so sleeping was difficult with windows open. There was a lot of external noise. We had issues with several of the amenities listed that added to a more uncomfortable stay than we had hoped for.

Top Hotel in top Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt! Mit dem Bus ist man vom Bahnhof total schnell beim Hotel. Zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten beim See und den Shuttle Booten :-) Es gibt Supermärkte in der Nähe und auch Restaurants. Zimmer war top, wie auf den Bildern. Ausstattung wie in einer Almhütte, sehr charmant und auch sauber.

Cons:

Der Platz vor dem Hotel ist nicht so toll, Abends ein Treffpunkt für Obdachlose oder Leute die trinken. Wir hatten aber kein Problem mit ihnen. Dafür kann das Hotel aber natürlich nichts. Im Zimmer selbst war nur die Klimaanlage etwas nervig, da sie ständig Lärm machte, auch wenn sie aus war.

Расположение супер. На площади на которой он расположен. Есть все самое необходимое. Магазины, аптеки, бары. До набережной две улицы. От автобусной остановки 10 минут пешком.

We did not see it.

Cons:

They apparently run a sort of bait and switch occasionally. In our case they notified un 16 hours they had an IT problem and could not accommodate us but would move us to a sister hotel at the same rate. They also had a no cancellation policy. The hotel they were to move us was one far inferior and the normal rate was less than half, great downgrade for changing double. I was informed from a staff member that was not uncommon. The chain seems to operate fairly good hotels. However, their practice of charging for a premium hotel and moving you to a discount one and charging the premium rate is just wrong. By the way, they had comparable hotels, with vacancy in the same area. That adds to the reason of being circumspect of their practice. Just be aware.

Really convenient location and great rooms. Super cosy chalet decor and very comfy beds.
Pros:

Great recpetion staff, super comfy beds and very clean. Delicious breakfast in cosy restaurant. Supermarket across the road good for supplies pre ski holiday.

房间非常有特色，卫生间也大，洗了衣服，放在电热毛巾架上一晚上就干了。

Cons:

房间没有电热水壶，问了总台，建议用咖啡机加热冷水，所以热水有股咖啡味道。没法泡茶。酒店门口有四五个台阶，大行李不方便。
