Pros:

Personel gayet iyiydi. Güler yüzlü ve yardimci olma noktasında iyiydi. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi

Cons:

Odanın klima derece ayar butonu yoktu. Odada bir hava üfleme cihazı vardi ama pek faydası yoktu. 2 gece konakladim oda çok sıcaktı bu sebeple. İlave yastık istedik fakat çok ağır bir kokusu vardı.

Pros:

Location and staff were great.

Cons:

No hot water for most of our stay. Cold showers arent comfortable. Our room was not made up when we arrived. The staff were great and sorted it quickly and gave us a free breakfast and glasses of fizz to apologise but it shouldn't have happened. Some electrical sockets in the room only seemed to work in the evening rather than the morning. Nice hotel, but there are problems.

Nice but not without a/c.
Pros:

Nice design atmosphere

Cons:

The room was way to warm. No a/c. Had to have the window open, loud outside did not sleep at all.

Pros:

They gave us early check in for free. Breakfast is excellent. Location is great, very close both to the train and bus station

Персонал очень приятный и любезный , отзывчивый.

Cons:

Ужасная слышимость в отеле , мы слышали абсолютно любой шорох на каждом этаже и в соседних номерах, ощущение что отель картонный, за стенкой громко шумели постояльцы и невозможно было уснуть, отель так же находится на площади и поэтому весь ночной шум от заведений слышен внутри , очень шумно и некомфортно спать. Так же в отеле не меняют полотенца , нужно пользоваться одним комплектом полотенец весь период.

We did not see it.

Cons:

They apparently run a sort of bait and switch occasionally. In our case they notified un 16 hours they had an IT problem and could not accommodate us but would move us to a sister hotel at the same rate. They also had a no cancellation policy. The hotel they were to move us was one far inferior and the normal rate was less than half, great downgrade for changing double. I was informed from a staff member that was not uncommon. The chain seems to operate fairly good hotels. However, their practice of charging for a premium hotel and moving you to a discount one and charging the premium rate is just wrong. By the way, they had comparable hotels, with vacancy in the same area. That adds to the reason of being circumspect of their practice. Just be aware.
