Very noisy during the night, lots of screaming and shouting from 3am to about 4.30. Noisy between 1 and 2 am but not so bad. Disappointing that a night duty porter did not address the noise issue
The view, the cleanilness

The location was fabulous, convenient from the ferry and beatiful next to the river. Reeds restaurant was excellent - the food was great and tbe staff were very professional and friendly.
We found the bedding too hot for the prevailing temperature. We were woken at about 4 am because of a flashing light from the lobby light in our room, presumably from a short circuit. We thought about calling reception but we decided our sleep would be even more disturbed if we did so. When we reported it in the morning we felt tbe receptionist was a bit dismissive. Anyway, we felt pretty crap after the disturbed night.
Brilliant room. V calm atmosphere. Great room and breakfast in restaurant overlooking river lovely. Welcoming, friendly staff, would definitely recommend and stay again. Close to the ferry port too which was great.

Absolutely loved the view from our room, the bed was extremely comfortable, the restaurant was delicious! The continental breakfast was absolutely gorgeous!

Bar and grill staff very friendly and helpful. Dave Walsh. Exceptional dinner. Pork was gorgeous. Breakfast also really good. Staff so helpful. Managed to find me some grapefruit juice and did my bacon specially for me. What a lovely bunch.
Toilet seat was a bit wobbly and bathroom could have been cleaner. Tried to buy some of the in house toiletries but reception lady forgot. She also completely confused us about spa opening times. First 07.30 then 08.30 then 09.30 as it was Sunday. Also quite difficult to understand her odd accent.
Very clean and tidy hotel. Excellent facilities and managed to get a post work swim and sauna in and a gym session the morning before I left. Perfect quiet spot for work travel.
Carparking a bit tight. But all good otherwise.
