Love the location as i was travelling alone. I just wanted to relax n chill. The hotel was busy but there was always a space to relax.

Room was quite large. Staff friendly.
Carpet in room was in need of replacement. Breakfast room staff inexperienced, forgot coffee & needed to ask twice. Young waitress cleaning a table for resetting, dropped cutlery behind a radiator onto the floor & then picked it up & put it on the table.
The bed was uncomfortable
Breakfast was busy but ran like clockwork, no waiting for tables and everything was available and refreshed quickly with hot/cold items as required
The room was, quiet, spacious and clean and we had a great view of the estuary and staff were attentive at check in and when we requested a fan and maintenance to a small item in the bathroom.
Due to our arrival time and family members already being there, we decided to have “bar snacks” on the arrival evening, which were tasty and plentiful in size.
The second night was a family wedding, so dinner was the wedding breakfast as opposed to a “traditional” evening meal, which was tasty and well presented.
Everything was as expected with nothing vaguely major requiring attention.
Loved the scenic location. Near town. Lovely restaurant, outdoor decking a plus due to hot weather. Nice swimming pool & leisure facilities. The breakfast options were excellent & catered for all needs.
The lack of air conditioning in the room as it was between 28-31 degrees when we were there.

The hotel looks great. The staff are so friendly whenever you go to reception,bar , restaurant and the pool.
Two things I don't like ,
Mattress is very hard and uncomfortable
And there is no air conditioning in the room, on a warm day it was very hot. Otherwise perfect
The view was amazing, watching the tide change the landscape. Our room was very quiet, easy to access the Leisure Centre.
