A great find in Gladstone. Excellent value for money. Beautifully appointed, great facilities and a very comfortable bed. Everything we needed was available.

The hotel is located in a sports club. We had to have dinner in a noisey club restaurant and the wasing machine/dryer didn't work and the we couldn't get our "free drink" as the main bar was shut ...
The lighting and just how peaceful it was there
There was mold above the air-conditioning in the bedroom didn't find that real hygienic
The staff were professional and welcoming. The facilities are excellent, and the extras like free water and some complimentary minibar drinks were an unexpected and welcome surprise. Also, the bed was so comfortable that getting up the next morning was a bit hard!

I felt for a 5 star accommodation there would have been table service for breakfast and dinner. Having to go to another bar to buy wine to go with dinner was a bit below standard.

Phone service on level 1 was almost non existent. Calls kept dropping out
Fantastic hotel. An unexpected gem in Gladstone. Beautifully appointed and exceptionally comfortable bed.
The breakfast buffet was understaffed and they were having difficulty keeping up. But the staff available were very friendly and doing their best.

The room was cost except it looked over the restaurant for the price we paid I would except more . The shower was nice.
The fact the if the curtain was open the ground floor good to see into our room.
After 2 night we had to change to the Mantra which was upstairs.
I had a late flight was told by Fiona the Friday I could still use facilities gym pool etc
While she was on a break whoeve was on desk has no knowledge of myself and my partner even though we paid top dollar for premium accommodation in average location.
My partner had to go back to work on his boat...I literally sat in the lobby for nearly 6 hours.
I highly recommend do not stay at this hotel.
