Cons:

The accommodation was not available and we were not informed until we got there. We end up nowhere to go. It was a nightmare.
I tried to contact Customer Service but we cant find contact no. Now I need to refund my money but no contact details. it was a bad experience with Booking .com

I did not use his facility. Cancelled booking, waiting for refund.
Pros:

There was no breakfast.

Cons:

I booked via Booking.Com after making my full payment, I called the host-Ebur Tan Sanchez, he said he took his unit out of booking.com, and that I should cancel my booking. I am still working on getting the refund.

SCAM

Cons:

It's a scam, we went there and they asked us for a QR code in order to get the room. We had reservation confirmation from booking.com, payment receipt, receipt from PayPal... Nothing. They claimed without QR code they don't give the room, and in any case they were full. Btw, it hasn't been refunded yet, and even from booking no answer to our messages. AVOID.
