Everything. The pictures are from many years ago
Current state of property is terrible. Old cottages. Lacks basic facilities. Bugs everywhere. On premises cafe is closed. It feels like a local dhaba converted into hotel. Only advantage is it's nearby the Morjim sea but otherwise, very bad place to stay unless you love creepy rooms and bad hotels.

Pros:

Good Location, right next to the beach and the street has lots of good options to hangout

Cons:

Cottages are small and can't really accommodate families, should be fine for solo travelers or couples. Except for a small swimming pool, there are no other amenities on offer. Not a good value for money (maybe it was high because I stayed in peak december time)

I don’t know from where to start. This is seawood beach resort which is being booked on booking.com as well. So those who are considering seawood beach resort, consider this review for same also. Seems like they have just started this booking so all negative reviews goes to this and original seawood beach resort name can be retained good and can be charged more. Nothing is worth about paying 1000rs per night. Trust me . It’s too old . Nothing works . Bathrooms are stinky. Bed is too uncomfortable. No food facilities. They cooked on ask for night but the chicken was too dry and may be old .
The cabins are toooooo small and it feels so claustrophobic. Looked like the rooms weren’t even cleaned before they checked us in. See the pic how the blood or catchup was right there in balcony. Everything is having fungus and mould. And the size mentioned on booking is 27 msqr. But it’s not even half. I literally ended up calculating size and excluding bathroom the room is 12*12 square feet. Imagine the space you get to walk or stand !!!

Pros:

The location of the property is on the beach, hence the location was great. the swimming pool size was decent. We had a good time in the pool, but no other amenities available.

Cons:

It did not have a buffet spread for breakfast. Also the TV was not working. No other amenities in the property.

It seems to be a fake property .
They charged us and cancelled our booking g on booking.com
The rooms are not at all maintained

Pros:

Only breakfast that too with very limited options

Cons:

Washrooms drainage was not working, no services were provided like dental kit, soaps.. we had to ask for everything.. landline was not working.. no lights in washroom.. cubicle sized very small rooms, not worth at all.. overall worst experience
