A home away from home. Very welcoming and comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything. We enjoyed having our breakfast sitting out on the deck, and star gazing at night.

Excellent location on the canals and only a short drive to the town centre. New and stylish rooms with private ensuite and access to a well stocked shared kitchenette. The accomodation had everything we needed for a short stay. Great communication from the host Carol at a great price.

Great host, had thought of everything. Have stayed in hundreds of places over the years and this was definitely in the exceptional category. Large comfy bed, great shower and lots of extras in the shared kitchen area. Location on the waterway meant wonderful evenings watching the sunset. And we appreciated the opportunity to use the hosts kayaks as well.

Amazing location. Didn't realise the property is on the water. Room was amazing and the bed was huge and so comfy.
We had access to a very clean kitchen, a BBQ, mini golf and kayaks.

Great location, spotless, access to water right outside the door

Wir waren in einer Zeit in Neuseeland, als aufgrund von Unwettern viele Straßen, unter anderem die zu unserer Unterkunft, gesperrt waren. Mit unserer Gastgeberin waren wir ab dem Vortag in Kontakt, um zu erfahren, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Diese Kommunikation war bereits sehr freundlich, hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Und genauso haben wir unsere Gastgeberin und Ihren Mann auch kennengelernt: sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit, mit sehr guten Tipps und sehr angenehmen Gesprächen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer traumhaften Gegend an einem Kanal. Man kann den Grill benutzen und auf der Terrasse frühstücken und essen. In der Küche steht alles zur Verfügung, was man zum Frühstück benötigt. Das Auto kann direkt davor geparkt werden.

Carol und Steve haben unsere Zeit zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht. Wir wurden herzliche von Carol empfangen und sie hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt sowie Tips gegeben (die Hot Pools sind sehr zu empfehlen) und schon fing auch die Entspannung an. Wir waren baden und Steve hat uns gleich geholfen die Leiter zu montieren. Man teilt sich den Aussenbereich sowie die Küche mit den anderen Gästen aber wir sind so gut wie nie jemanden begegnet , da jeder wahrscheinlich immer unterwegs ist um die tolle Gegend anzuschauen- und uns hat es auch nichts ausgemacht. In der kleinen Küche ist es super was es alles gibt! Wir haben auch nie mitbekommen , wenn jemand in der Küche war, da das Bett so bequem war und wir Seelig durchgeschlafen haben! Da wir ein Auto hatten waren wir überall sehr schnell.

Carol has set this up amazingly! My partner and I loved our stay. We met both Carol and her husband and they are lovely, lovely people. It was very close to the beach and to many restaurants. The room had everything you could think of. You can tell a lot of thought was put into this air bnb. We will definitely be coming back when we are next in the area!

Wonderful room with help yourself breakfast from a kitchen area. Great deck to sit on and watch the boats go by. Luxury standard!
