A pleasant place to stay. During non rush season, I think the staff will be a bit more accommodating
Pros:

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Close to Gandhi Chowk, market access. When the chef provided food, it was good. Paranthas were our favourite

Cons:

Linen could have been better. There we stains and looked like they have not been washed. There is some hesitancy in taking room service orders.. not sure why. We were also told suddenly that the Chef went off due to some emergency and that food will not be available.

great stay, good staff.
Pros:

the rooms are great, the bathrooms and amenities are excellent. a short walk to the Gandhi chowk, the main area. very convinient. Car can travel to the hotel through Garam Sadak.

Cons:

the stairs, they are a few. the breakfast is awful. no options, of my four days stay, i had poha for two days and paratha for two days. No other options, No fruits, no juice, just additional toast. if you ae nonveg, you can have omlet as an additional option. if you are veg, better not opt for breakfast and walk to gandhi chowk to have some.

Excellent value for money hotel/ request for clean sheets
Pros:

The staff was very good and helpful.. always available on call and very fast and cooperative. Small things in room was given to make stay comfortable.
Breakfast was nice and served with lots of dedication.

Cons:

The bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean and needed to be replaced. There was no lift so had to climb up. No heaters available in room.

Pros:

Hotel is at a great location, closer to Mall Road and Gandhi Chowk. Very helpful and supportive staff. 100% recommended if you are travelling with family.
They also provide cab facilities if you want to explore nearby areas.

Cons:

Nothing ! It was as per expectation.
