Didn't manageto get in so nothing except the views of countryside.

Cons:

No one was there to check in or let me in. No phone reception, only the wifi on the window. Phone contact did not pick up or reply after 1day saying they dis not get the booking even though it was paid. Location not vwry close to Gruta. No taxis and sparse shuttle buses.

Lo que más me gustó es amabilidad de personal. Me han dado consejos útiles, pedí un ventilador - me lo han presentado. También pude entrenar detrás del hotel.

Cons:

Me parece que en las habitaciones falta aire acondicionado o al menos un ventilador, es que habitación tiene sólo una ventana y no se ventila bien.
Tampoco hay mosquiteros en las ventanas.

L'alloggio è accettabile, il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, la camera offre l'essenziale, tuttavia la pulizia non è impeccabile, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le coperte, nelle quali, tra l'altro, abbiamo rinvenuto un ragno la mattina seguente. La posizione non è particolarmente agevole se non si dispone di un'auto, poiché i mezzi pubblici non sono facilmente accessibili e si è distanti dai principali servizi.

DO NOT BOOK. We didn't stay here as when we arrived the hotel was closed and noone could be contacted on the listed numbers. I checked the hotel again the following day, still noone there. This hotel is closed. I am still trying to get a refund.

Do more research and call beforehand.
Pros:

Quiet and beautiful view for both day and night. I like having wifi and charger port. After some bad situation, they honor the charged service online and let us have our rooms.

Cons:

The owner doesn't do much of booking.com, so it's better to do it when arrived earlier in the morning. There wasn't a receptionist before closing 7pm, we were there at 6pm. Whatsapp number doesn't work, but it's better to use the wifi at the counter and call the owner to help accommodate us. Btw, there wasn't any TV at our room.

They cheated on the name of hotel. No security and facilities. I left the hotel immediately, want my money back

Cons:

I want my money back. It was not at all worth. No closet n locker inside the room. No hot water. No entry and exit gates,anyone can barge into the hotel any time.

I showed up for my reservation. However, I was told that I would not be able to getbmy room because the owner was having a personal issue. No idea what that meant. They put me in a bad position, needing to find accommodations at the last minute. Very bad experience.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. He gave us a personal history of the town.

It was new. The view was great. Very affordable.

No cell service but the property has WiFi which made it perfect.
