Cons:

Staff is nice and they’re trying to help, place is clean, location is good. BUT other than that, almost everything was out of place

Before arrival, I was asked to pay online and I tried in multiple occasions, but online payment didn’t work, upon arrival we realized that I was already paid through Booking.com

As I got to my bed around midnight, my bedside unit 304/6 wasn’t working (plugs/light) along with 2 plugs on the wall

One of the lifts is broken

No toilet paper in one of the public restrooms

My locker was not functioning properly (faulty piece). Breakfast wasn’t served even though on Booking.com it clearly states it is.

There’s clearly an issue with overall care of the place. I’m aware of the price i’m paying. This is just to say this place was and has a much better potential. I hope it’ll get back to it’s good old days one day.

Good value. Basic but perfect location. Good staff.
Pros:

Great location for local nightlife. Friendly staff. Rooms basic but comfortable. Decent value. Noise not that bad at all, and earplugs provided. Remember to order breakfast takeout the previous day.

Cons:

Everything done via app/electronic. No reception but bar staff available to support. Issues with door locking amd getting in at night but resolved by great staff.

Great location
Pros:

I like the location. Very close to bus station and train station. Very strategic location indeed.

Cons:

It can get a bit loud at night especially if you are staying during the weekend. Its right next to the clubs at Mathew Street. But Kabannas was thoughtful enough to leave earplugs in the room.
