Staff were particularly pleasant and helpful . Food was excellent .

Во время ужина очень долго приходилось ждать чтобы официанты обратили внимание. Нас это прям поразило и рассмешили даже. Официанты ходили мимо даже не бросая взгляд, пришлось раза три, по разным поводам, подходить и просить чтобы к нам подошли.
Принесли стейк , но приборы не принесли. И когда наконец официантка подошла, она ушла за ними, но приборов мы так и не дождались, пришлось идти просить 🤦♀️

В оправдание предложили бесплатный десерт и пиво )) ну на том спасибо.
Менеджеру стоит чуть поработать с персоналом.именно в этом ресторане..
А так , ресторан очень приятный и вкуснейшая закуска из креветок!))
The photos did not do the property justice. I was absolutely blown away when we arrived. Beautiful Hotel and our room created an old school feel. We loved it.
I think the only thing was it was a step in bath. Some people may not be able to manage it. This didn’t worry us.
Convenience, variety of decor
Was overcharged for a glass of wine 14.50 and the staff apologised . I was misled into believing it being 9 euros

Mattress
Beautiful castle structure that you get to enjoy at breakfast. The staff was incredible and made sure we were taken care of as our arrival was just before the restaurant closing. They were welcoming and very accommodating.
The room was very large, clean and comfortable, but the bed mattress was extremely firm and the antique frame a tad bit rickety. Otherwise very nice accommodations.

No air conditioning or ceiling fans to deal with a hot June night. Lift not working. (we suggest the installation of ceiling fans would be a simple cost effective way of adapting for global climate change)
The rooms were very nice, it was very hot though but that's because it's an older building and doesn't usually need air conditioning. Tje breakfast was lovely too and the location was beaitiful.
We weren't told where breakfast would be served and there wasn't always someone on reception to ask. We did check in late at night so that's probably understandable.

Nothing it was perfect!
I have stayed there many times, everything about the place is top class. The staff, the food, and the accomodation are all excellent.
