Amazing residence ❤️ highly recommend
Pros:

It was exactly as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The location is excellent, close to the bus station. Everything you might need was provided, including tea, coffee, extra blankets, an iron, slippers, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. Domenico was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Cons:

We had to pay an extra fee for late check-in (which was clearly mentioned in the description), but I didn’t pay attention to it, so that was basically my mistake 😂. However, I still don’t fully understand why an additional fee is required for late check-in.

Everything we needed was available in the apartment. The only thing I would suggest is providing more than one bottle of water, especially for guests arriving late at night. We arrived around 11:30 PM and all the nearby shops were already closed.

I would also recommend using a different floor cleaning product, as the floor felt slightly sticky.

Other than these minor points, everything was great. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Overall, I would still rate it 10/10.

„Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hat sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert. Für jeden Gast waren sogar eine Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta sowie viele weitere notwendige Hygieneartikel vorbereitet. Man hat sich rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Sehr

Pros:

Am stat în apartamentul C, la parter, cu două dormitoare.
Apartamentul este curat, spațios (100mp), bine mobilat și utilat cu tot ceea ce este necesar.
Gazda este amabilă și pregătită pentru a oferi ajutor în orice situație.
Am parcat gratuit pe stradă, în fața imobilului, parcarea interioară fiind contra-cost (15€/zi).

Cons:

Dacă nu ajungi la cazare până la orele 20⁰⁰, trebuie să plătești o taxă suplimentară. Noi am ajuns la 23⁴⁵ și am plătit 30€.

Residenze Niguarda felt less like a stay and more like being welcomed by family
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Residenze Niguarda and would definitely return!

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The two brothers, Domenico and Fabio, met us at the entrance, showed us where to park, helped us with our luggage, and explained everything clearly. They made us feel welcome immediately.

The apartment was sparkling clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located close to the tram, which made getting into Milan easy and stress-free.

Their restaurant recommendations were outstanding, and we especially loved Café Code Nostre around the corner — a true Sicilian breakfast experience with absolutely delicious food that should not be missed.

Overall, an excellent stay with warm hosts, a perfect location, and fantastic local recommendations. Highly recommended!

Am petrecut un sejur frumos, linistit si incantator prin tot ceea ce am vizitat.
Pros:

Locatia este perfecta. Apartament spatios, curat si utilat cu tot ce este necesar.
Gazda foarte bine intentionata, ne-a oferit informatii importante legate de transport si obiective de vizitat.
Recomand cu placere unitatea de cazare.

Cons:

Am avut ghinion ca statia de tramvai care este foarte aproape de cazare sa fie inchisa din cauza unor lucrari de modernizare si a trebuit sa mergem mai mult pe jos pana la urmatoarea statie.
