The apartment is small but clean and cozy. For two people is perfect, for a couple with an infant or young kid is very good.

Pros:

Easy check-in and out, cozy and clean small apartment at 32.floor with a balcony and a great view to the city, fast communication with the host. Pool on the 7th floor, on groundfloor is a restaurant, bank and supermarket. Entry is from Dapitan street. It would be more perfect if there were bottles of water and shampoo/shower gel 😇

The place is cozy and comfortable to stay.
Pros:

The unit had everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The space felt cozy and homey, allowing us to cook breakfast with ease (toasting bread, cooking, and making coffee). We also enjoyed dinner while taking in the beautiful city view and loved that there is a separate bedroom, making it feel more like home.
Another important thing is that the host was very accommodating with our needs and very easy to reach out. Location is also accessible; you can also buy things you need (essentials, food, etc.) in a small grocery mart just within the building.

Cons:

No secured parking. However, there is someone who will accommodate you for a paid parking slot you can reserve for the whole stay, which is still worth it and easy. Other than that, everything was perfect!
