The most horrific stay we were ever subjected to and there was nothing we could do about it as we had arrived very late

-We received the message with the details of our booking (front door code, room number and key) the next day
-there were no windows in the room
-the sink was beside the bed and the toilet and bath were not really separated so the room smelled
-a guy who didn’t speak English started pounding and shouting in cantonese at our door at 9am in the morning and tried opening the door many times (check out was at 1pm) we were really scared for our safety (we were two girls)

PLEASE RUN AWAY!!!

I rarely leave bad reviews because I hate messing up people's businesses...unless it's so bad. Well, where do I start? First I couldn't even find this hotel anywhere on the map and my inDrive couldn't find it either. I had to stop on its street and ask a lot of shops until one lady from the pet shop called the hotel and asked for directions. It was so so confusing to find it.

2- When I got there, it looked NOTHING like a hotel. There was only one glass door and one guy standing behind it.

3- When I got in, there was NO RECEPTION! You heard that right, NO RECEPTION. There was only one guy with a little drawer where he gives you the room key from a jar!!!!!!

4- When he gave me the room key, I asked for the elevator... WELL, THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR either!!! ONLY STAIRS!

5- I already made up my mind to leave and not stay but I went to the room just out of curiosity. The room was small, humid, and had a pretty bad smell. I couldn't imagine myself sleeping there.

So I took my luggage, struggled down those stairs again, and just left!! I didn't care about the money anymore.

I highly highly recommend you don't stay here, especially solo female travelers!!! PLEASE RUN.

Bathroom inside the bedroom?! Moist and might be mouldy. Rude, drunk staff. Asked me to move out before check out time.

Location was okay

Cons:

The room is dirty, very small, like a prison cell. It's impossible to find, it's just a door on the street with no signs. No staff available at all. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

IT WAS THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE. There is no reception. Nobody meets you when you arrive! I had to ask the next to the hotel bar waiter to call to the owner((( nobody cares about you! Property doesn’t answer your questions via booking com. Booking com should ban this accommodation!!!!!!!
Everything is dirty!!!!
You have a sink in the room next to the bed! It’s not seen on pictures.
