We stayed as a couple at the hotel, where we found a very nice atmosphere, a pool, and excellent service. We were very satisfied and will definitely visit again

لطيف و قريب من المطار و لكنه بعيد عن الاماكن السياحية و الافطار متواضع جدا

موقعه الهادي و قربه من المطار و الغرفه نظيفه و فيه شطاف بالحمام ،،

Cons:

الفطور محدود و ردة فعل موظف من موظفين الاستقبال حينما طلبنا اكل من الخارج ووصل الطلب و جاء يوقفني بحجة ممنوع الاكل بداخل الغرفه !!!!!

Hôtel confortable à Batoumi
Pros:

L'hôtel est confortable est propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. La piscine est un must. Proche de l'aéroport. Facilement accessible en taxi ou Bolt depuis le centre ville qui est à 4. 5km environ.

Cons:

Café soluble en dosette pour le petit déjeuner. C'est dommage car le reste est convenable .
Un peu loin du centre à pied.

Gece otelden ayrılanlar oldu cok ses vardı kapı carpmalarından cok kez uyandık

הצוות מדהים החדר ממש נעים ונקי שהיינו יומיים ,ביומיים שהתארחנו קיבלנו יום אחד ארוחה ממש מפנקת עם שפע של דברים וביום השני היה ממש דל.לא הבנתי למה .

Do tohoto hotelu jsem se dostal po otřesné zkušenosti v Beach House, Batumi, kdy mě majitel vypakoval a zrušil mi rezervaci po mém příjezdu, kdy jsem se mu znelíbil, když jsem po něm žádal fakturu a on se chtěl věnovat své party.

Druhý hotel měl špatně zadanou adresu, takže mě navigace dovedla k rozestavěnému mrakodrapu. Reakce z ubytování žádná, zrušení rezervace potvrdili bez odezvy. Až na třetí pokus jsem skončil v pozdější noci zde.

Pán na recepci nápomocný, slušný (oproti tomu zlému arogantnímu pánovi v předchozím hotelu balzám na duši).
Check-in bez problémů, pokoj nádherný, čistý, velmi pohodlné spaní v klidné části s výhledem k bazénu.
Snídaně taktéž OK, byť jednodušší ve srovnání s Gruzií celkově.
Pokud už se náhodou či cíleně vyskytnete v této celkově šílené lokalitě (Batumi), tento hotel je výtečná volba.
Jinak doporučuji se tomuto místu vyhnout, ten kdo má rád přírodu a vřelé lidi, ať jede kamkoliv jinam po Gruzii a dočká se. Batumi není Gruzie, to je absolutně jiný svět. A promítá se to všude - od hotelů, po restaurace, chování lidí v obchodech, směnárnách, u pláže... :-(

Cons:

Celkově hotel působí celkem chladně. Místnost se snídaní je chladná. Jinak není výhrad, vše proběhlo skvěle.
