One night stay
Pros:

We booked this hotel as we were going to a show at Benidorm Palace. So the location was perfect as it is literally across the road.

The staff were lovely especially in the restaurant.

Cons:

During our stay there were a few issues with the room. The shower was not working properly and the toilet was running constantly. As we only stayed for one night, we reported this at checkout rather than requesting a room change or maintenance to attend.

It was not possible to adjust the temperature in the room, so it was colder than we would have liked, especially as it is still quite cold at night at this time of year.

There were also no facilities to make tea or coffee in the room. In other hotels we have stayed at in Benidorm, this has always been provided, so this was disappointing.

When I made the booking, the hotel took full payment but advised there was an issue with my card. The details were correct, and when I tried to call the hotel the property was closed for winter and the recorded message was in Spanish. The booking was cancelled so I then made the booking again using a different card and the payment went through.

When the hotel reopened, I called and mentioned this at check-in. The staff explained that the recorded message was in Spanish because I called a Spanish number, which I found difficult to understand, as in my job I call hotels regularly, including in Spain, and this has never happened before.

Overall, the stay was fine for one night, but the issues above were disappointing and I doubt I would stay here again.

Pros:

The Hotel, is the ideal location for the Benidorm Palace, which is what we wanted, the Hotel is very, very clean food was good, rooms where very well kept, the staff are very helpful,

Cons:

Only the Bed, far to hard, couldn't sleep on it stayed the first night, but did not stay for the second, although, we had paid, we went home on the 2nd night, after the Show.

Cons:

A few people by the pool with their own music very loud . Also people in their room music very loud. Some guests wore inappropriate clothes for meals even though there is a sign saying dress code .staff didn't adhere to it. Feel that more staff need to be more vigilant on guests making g a nuisance

Loved it here. Lovely hotel, lovely pool and very helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

The layout was good surrounding the pool. Not too high, only 2 storeys. Perfectly placed for the Benidorm Palace.

Cons:

No tea making facilities in the room.
