Not bad, if you don't take the theft into account.
Pros:

Convenient location. The cable car and slope are a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast is decent, with everything you need (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates). The rooms are clean and have decent soundproofing. A good value for the money if you're not particularly demanding.
I can't help but note the efforts of one of the receptionists, she's great

Cons:

On the downside, my ski fleece was stolen from my closet. I told the receptionist, and she said it was a mistake and that couldn't happen. I waited a day—nothing magical happened, and no one returned anything. I decided that maybe I left it at home (which is unlikely, because I pack my suitcase with a checklist). When I returned from my trip, I was convinced that it had indeed been stolen. The hotel's reputation was ruined because of such a small thing.

Es wird nur Bargeld akzeptiert und das muss auch noch passend sein. Wäre schön das in der Beschreibung zu erwähnen.

Pros:

The location is great. Staff is always very polite and nice. The breakfast is perfect! We stayed here 5 time in different seasons and this place had always it's beauty no matter was it winter or summer. I adore Tsaghkahovit for it's serenity and the positive vibes ❤️

Неплохое расположение относительно подъемников, мы ходили пешком

Cons:

В отделе были постоянные проблемы: не работал wifi, были холодные батареи, не закрывался балкон. Персонал нас помог все решить, но это заняло половину нашего отпуска.

Pros:

Если задача жить недорого и при этом близко от подъёмника, то это хороший вариант. Пешком до подъёмника можно дойти минут за десять. Правда идти придётся по краю дороги. Но в Цакнадзоре - это норма.
Вокруг отеля тихо и чисто, здание стоит, по сути, в лесу.
До ближайшего нормального магазина около 20 минут пешком, но можно воспользоваться такси.
В отеле чисто. Номер был не с самым свежим ремонтом, но в целом, всё отлично. В номере есть балкон. Мебель очень удобная и вообще комфортный номер для одиночки или пары.
Завтрак довольно простой, не самый разнообразный (пара видов, колбасы, местный сыр, сосиски, варёные яйца, творог, сметана, каши и никаких овощей), но опять же, при такой стоимости я большего и не ждал.
Общее впечаталение очень хорошее.

Cons:

Очень плохо регулируются батареи в номере. Несмотря на наличие крана регулировки, по сути, можно либо включить на полную, а это очень сильно, либо выключить вовсе.
