Zelo prijazno osebje, odličen zajtrk, čisto, udobno, lep razgled na dolino. Vse je bilo super.

Yolu çok kötüydü. Bir yerden sonra yol toprak ve bazı yerleri çamurluydu. Her arabanın çıkabileceği bir yol değil. Ayrıca karşı yönden gelen bir arabayla karşılaştığınızda iki araba aynı anda geçemiyor.

Struttura nuova, stanza enorme e comodissima, vista mozzafiato. Abbiamo soggiornato in bassa stagione, probabilmente d'inverno c'è molta più gente (la nostra era l'unica camera occupata di tutta la struttura). Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile.
La colazione è buonissima, ma solo salata, mancava un dolce, un cornetto o anche una semplice marmellata
The location is perfect for what we came for - a peaceful place away from the city, clean air, and sledding. Unlike all the other places around the city of Sarajevo, this is probably the only one where you can find true peace during the weekend. There is practically no people around... we found a perfect hill for sledding and we were the only people there. The hotel itself is wonderful, new, clean... It has a beautiful restaurant with affordable prices and a perfect view on Pale. The hotel stuff is more than kind - they even put chains on my car's tires as I didn't know how to do it.
There is nothing about the hotel itself that we didn't like and would definitely go back there again. The only problem one may find is the narrow and frozen road through the forest when driving to the hotel, that may look scary at first. However, it is not steep and I personally didn't have any problem to arrive there safely. My advice is to have chains prepared just in case for going back, of course if you go there in winter.
One of the cleanest rooms I have ever saw, same goes for a whole hotel. Staff is excelent, awesome and friendly. Food is amazing, prices are very affordable. Overall I would rate it 20/10.

Everything. Amazing place with great people.
Only one thing which is not hotel related, but somehow li ked. The access road is narrow and asphalt is missing on aprox 1.5 km. But it worth going there if you are in the area.
