No window, aircon or fan. It was in summer and I couldn’t sleep the whole week. I called requesting for a fan I was told that was not provided for in the advert, but hey the advert didn’t indicate the windows do not open. So book it at your own peril in summer.
Location was fantastic for access to the city via tram or bus, and with local eateries and shops nearby. The ensuite bedroom and shared kitchen/lounge meant we could chat with friends. Fridge for milk and breakfast facilities.
On arrival, it is self check-in, which is fine as we had the codes but there was no floor plans at the entrance so you knew where your apartment was, and it took some time to find.
Toilet seats in both ours and our friends room were semi-broken. There was no bin in one bathroom for females to dispose of sanitary products. Floor to ceiling windows that did not open in bedroom which meant the rooms were furnaces. No instructions to operate aircon and aircon was highly inefficient and kept turning itself off so very disturbed sleep due to heat in room. Mattresses in both rooms needing replacing.
Hosts did not answer the phone calls on arrival regarding parking as none of the IT links worked that were emailed.
The location and the price. The bed and shower were both very good. Although I had no need of them, the lounges and kitchen and laundry were well equipped and maintained.
The TV could have worked( although not a big issue for me)

Room got quite hot, pity no air con just a vent axial - but the weather was especially hot

The whole experience
Mattress very dirty floor was dirty. Toilet seat is broken.
Although basic accommodation it was good value and we new what we were booking.It was clean and the facilities were adequate The shower was good. The key safe worked well when we eventually got to our room.
We couldn't get in to the building as the code we were given was wrong. We had to call to someone who happened to be walking about inside and they opened the door for which we were grateful. This in itself produces a potential security issue. The toilet seat was broken and the bed was not a double bed so we were cramped.

I slept in my car as i couldn't get into the building i have spent 1 hours mid night last night in front of the man entrance only answered machines no person to talk to
I sent 2h and 3 minutes on the phone waiting to talk to someone no one there to talk my call only music
They took my money and i slept in my car
It was a total scam
I love that one day soon, I will success it putting this abject rabid vermin out of business. They are pure filth .. they stole £234 from me without the slightest hint or remorse & it looks like Booking.com dont care..
This company & the people representing it have committed fraud & lied to me at every stage. They must be treated as criminals & DO NOT BOOK WITHN THEM THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE & INSIST THAT ITS OK TO GIVE PHONE NUMBERS THAT DO NOT FUNCTION & DOOR ACCESS CODES THAT ARE ALSO DONT WORK. I WAS LEFT ALONE AT ALMOST 11PM AT NIGHT WITH NO ROOM OR BUILDING ACCESS 200 MILES FROM HOME & NABLE TO FIND ACCOMMODATION. THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED BY BANK & POLICE FRAUD !!
the bathroom could do with some pegs to put your clothes on as there is no place to put your towel / night clothes / change of clothes after your shower.
You could also do with curtains instead of only venetian blinds. I'm sure i'm not the the only one who likes complete darkness when trying to sleep. But otherwise good
Overcharging for parking @ £10 per night! You can find some street level parking areas for free (from 5pm to 9am) not far from the Graduation Studios.
Good room, great location clean
The room was nearly 40 Centigrade with no windows and no A/C. The phone number I was given to use was out of order and the AI bot on WhatsApp continued to ask the same questions, never remembering previous conversations. It said it would urgently escalate. No one got in touch

No ventilation so got very hot and airless almost unusable

Phone help line automatically hung up so no way of talking to anyone other than through messaging not much help when locked out
