Pros:

Piscine super agréable pour terminer le séjour juste avant l’aéroport . Le personnel est très sympathique. 3 épiceries au pied de l’hôtel

Cons:

Logement excentré si vous n’avez pas de voiture . Après il y a des arrêts de bus juste à côté , très pratique . Pas de take away à côté .

Really convenient and handy location, spacious flat, nice pool, beaches not too far. Bus is there but best with a car. Team are great and super helpful!

Tutto bene per chi sta di passaggio, la zona non è vicino al centro ma per noi che dovevamo solo riposare dal viaggio è stato eccellente!

Tegenvaller, geen vier sterren kamer.
Pros:

Fijn bed en aardige medewerkster. Gebouw ziet er van buiten heel netjes uit. Zwembad met ligbedden en leuk zitje.

Cons:

Hygiene, mieren liepen uit de muur over wastafeltje badkamer. Douche erg verkalkt, veel roest
Keuken blad 5 beestjes doodgemept bij binnenkomst. Bereikbaarheid Host erg slecht.

Pros:

La patronne est d’une extrême gentillesse.
Nous avons rencontré un petit problème à notre arrivée, indépendant de sa volonté, et elle a tout fait pour que nous puissions malgré tout nous reposer car nous venions d’arriver avec un vol de nuit. Merci encore à vous.

Pros:

The Apartments were clean and spacious. Merlyn was always on hand for any questions we had and kept the apartment clean every other day.
The location was OK easy enough to get around the island.
The swimming pool was a good size and cleaned every day. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay, small. Store just outside the front gate

Pros:

We had absolutely amazing stay at Phoenix apartments. The room was very modern and spacious, the only one with efficient and well working AC we found in Seychelles. The view was fantastic and the best was the swimming pool. We came to this apartment after 3 weeks of active holiday in Seychelles to just stay and chill by the pool. And it was the best decision.

Cons:

Unless you have a car, the location is not the most convenient because you have to walk everywhere and there are only roads around. Supermarkets are near.

Pros:

This is a great accommodation. The building is just off the main road, with a private parking area. It has a private swimming pool with a nice covered sitting area. There is a bus stop very close by and you can easily get to Victoria or Beau Vallon beach. There is a supermarket and meat market right on the street.
The bed is very comfortable, the mattress is firm. There is an airconditioning in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room. There's a great view from the balcony and you can see the swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped, microwave, water kettle, oven and stove top (gas), fridge with freezer compartment. Some soluable coffee, tea bags.and sugar is provided
The wifi is pretty good, although it can be quite slow when more guests are using it.
The staff is very friendly and offer to arrange anything you could wish for.

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning. 🙂
