Quite humid in the rooms the days we stayed also due to weather conditions

A TV could be more relaxing. Since Siargao's weather is very unpredictable, maybe the place could have a lot fo supply of umbrellas and raincoats for rent, just like our stay in Jiufen, Taiwan where the host lends us umbrellas each time we go out.

Didn’t get a single second of sleep with the constant noise, music blasting from the restaurant next door from 10am-10pm daily (good music but no sleep), very loud construction the entire day, starting before 8am, kids screaming outside the room, it was genuinely impossible to rest or relax here. Room was nice, bathrooms are not.

The WiFi is not working

It's noisy all day for the Craftsman. The building is being completed. At night, a rooster crows And a dog barked all night.

But disappointed we were not informed about the noisy renovation work going on in the ground floor. There is a rooster crowing randomly at odd humanly hours however that's normal on an island like Siargao. However, we were unfortunately there during the noisy renovation. However the staff service and location close to best bars and cafes made up for the noise. It was little expensive compared to what we would get for the money in Cebu and Manila.

Gäste, die großen Wert auf ruhigen Schlaf legen, sollten wissen, dass ab etwa 4:30 Uhr morgens die Geräusche von Hahn und Hunden deutlich hörbar sind. Der sehr gründliche Zimmerservice hat jedoch auch eine Kehrseite: Private Gegenstände werden angefasst, Koffer geschlossen und umgestellt sowie persönliche Sachen anders verräumt, als man sie hinterlassen hat, was für manche Gäste unangenehm sein könnte. Die Klimaanlage ist direkt auf das Bett ausgerichtet und verursacht einen sehr starken Luftzug, da die Schwingflügel kaum einstellbar sind, wodurch man leicht eine Nackenstarre riskieren kann. Aus diesem Grund war ein Schlafen mit eingeschalteter Klimaanlage für uns nicht möglich, weshalb wir nachts auf den Deckenventilator ausgewichen sind. Zudem fehlt ein Aufenthaltsraum oder eine gemütliche Lounge. Abgesehen von zwei Tischen an der Rezeption, die nicht zum Verweilen einladen, gibt es keine Möglichkeit, sich außerhalb des Zimmers aufzuhalten, sodass man auf Bars oder Restaurants in der Umgebung zurückgreifen muss, wenn man nicht ausschließlich im eigenen Bett bleiben möchte. Außerdem befindet sich das Hotel glaub ich noch im Umbau, Baulärm war oftmals vorhanden.

Room was not cleaned everyday, the hot water was not working properly. What I really didn't like about the hotel was the staff which was a bit intrusive, behaving more like if we were in a hostel than a hotel. On top of it they asked us 500 pesos for a "sunscree stain" that they discovered on our sheets, this looked clearly as a pure scam at the end of the stay.
