Quiet and comfy rooms in a great location
Pros:

The location is great, very central. The room was quiet and comfy. The self check in computer was efficient if impersonal.

No staff on reception as it’s self check in , room not made up so had to find a phone number to call for a new room allocation. Electronic self check in sounds great until you need a person to help you. Very noisy neighbourhood with shouting and screaming all night.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Self check in kiosk is a fantastic idea. Room was Amazing. Spotless. Very comfortable bed. All condiments that you need in the room. TV has every channel you need netflix etc.... hot tub in the room was lovely & hot towel robes provided. Hotel has private parking. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful & welcoming. Would recommend this hotel. Would return ☺️

Beautiful hotel staff very helpful the room had everything you needed the bed was so comfy

We liked the location of were the hotel is situated and we got carpark space at the back of the hotel with a resonable charge your car is safe there i would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel

Pros:

Great location, excellent staff. Quiet, comfortable & spotlessly clean room. Breakfast that met my dietary requirements.

Cons:

As I have got an Italian phone number, I found it hard to contact the emergency numbers. Someone at the desk 24/7 would be ideal for my needs
