Great hotel in a good location
Pros:

Very central location for the Philharmonic Hall. Room was large and very clean. Breakfast was nice and fresh and the young girl on reception was very helpful

We felt right at home and would happily stay here again!

Pros:

Perfect location for the Philamornic Hall and not too far to walk to the city centre.

Cons:

Self check in rather confusing and we had booked for parking. Not clear instructions. Ended up going round the block a few times

Showers great but of them maintainance poor

The beds were very comfortable. Good facilities and staff great

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms. The waterfall element of the shower wasnt running properly in ours so I ran my finger accross it disterbing a significant amount of black mould which I told the staff about but chatting later with friends O found this wasnt a one off they also had to clean their showerhead to make it flow better again releasing black mould. The rest of the rooms were very clean and well maintained but clearly the high lever shower heads are not cleaned as running them would mean the cleanets getting wet.
Suggest the heads are removed and cleaner properly at leasy once a month.

The location, the room itself and the service from all the staff

Cons:

The shower. There was no way of checking the temperature before entering the shower and red hot water came pouring out from the wall and it was so hot I couldn't stay in to adjust it. I had to get my husband , who has Parkinsons, out of bed and get dressed, so I could bring staff in to turn it off. I have to say they were brilliant

Pros:

Excellent food.
I particularly liked the two breakfast rooms. One with a Tv
And one without.i opted for the one without. The news channel with Donald Trump would have been too stressful. It would have spoilt the delicious week end away.
I appreciated the receptionist calling for a taxi for me.
I will stay again if I book an event at the Phil Hall

A Beautiful Clean Modern Hotel Close To The Philharmonic Hall, Liverpool
Pros:

This is a beautiful, clean and modern hotel a short and safe walk from The Philharmonic Hall. If you're booking tickets for a concert there, it's the perfect hotel to stay.

The reception desk isn't manned and check-in is via a machine in the lobby. Manager, Bobby was either at the hotel or on-hand by phone if and couldn't have been more accommodating during our stay. Limited parking is available in a secure car park at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is 'Continental' only.

The decor, furnishing, bedding etc is to the highest standard and our room was quiet.

The city of Liverpool has plenty to offer for sightseeing and shopping and the 'Ferry Across The Mersey' river cruise is a lovely way to spend an hour on the water.

Pros:

Litet och mysigt hotell i en väldigt fin del av centrala Liverpool! Fräscha och bekväma rum, supergod och mycket prisvärd frukost och fantastisk service! Vi hade glömt vår adapter, men vi blev glatt överraskade när det knackade på dörren efter någon timme och vi fick en adapter inköpt sent på kvällen bara för vår räkning!

excellent - love the city and love this hotel.
Pros:

breakfast and location was superb and we always and book in here if we can now on our trips to Liverpool as we love it. Lovely staff and very welcoming..just a lovely hotel.

there is nothing not to like - its just lovely.
