Highly recommend, . Only stayed 1 night after show in Phiharmonic theatre but was very impressed. Helpfull staff and perfect location .

Great location and wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff were amazing, very helpful, great communication and helped us with the parking and checked us in smoothly.

Cons:

The property looks like newly refurbished and is very comfortable but a couple of things seemed unfinished in our room- fridge not working well and the tv wasn’t connecting at first, but staff were very helpful and the location was perfect

Comfortable stay but overall poor value for money.
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. The room was well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room rate appeared to be considerably more than normal because The Open golf tournament was on. A room rate of circa £350 per night doesn’t correspond to the property.

Pros:

Great location for University graduation and both cathedrals. Staff friendly and helped with machine checkin. AC in room and controllable. Photos a good representation.

Fantastic stay, if we’re in Liverpool again would definitely stay here.

Excellent location, comfortable bed and fabulous shower.
Pros:

Extremely helpful owner. Forgot my phone charger and they even called and said they’d send it to me. Clean and modern hotel. Room was fabulous. Would definitely return without hesitation.

Cons:

Could of been some fruit juice at breakfast and a greater selection of hot drinks. A hot drinks machine with a variety of drinks for example cappuccino or latte. Not just filter coffee.

Pros:

The jacuzzi bath was incredible. Staff were very helpful as im a bit rubbish with the self-service machines. The room was spot on, the bed was extremely comfortable, and very modern features made everything a breeze.
