Lovely hotel, lovely staff but be prepared to park outside the property rather than in their facilities.

Instructions for parking not clear. In fact there weren’t any instructions at all. Parking facilities very cramped. No hot breakfast.

Great stay at Philharmonic Hotel
Pros:

Great room, wonderful overall service, very attentive. Great stay.

Cons:

Morning i didnt like. If I'm pressed the only thing Id say is a very minor issue. Couldn't find hanging space, but honestly not an issue, just used the back of a chair.

Nice place but to well to noisy!

Location & clean

Cons:

Constant droning noise the whole night. Possibly heating or pump but really annoying hardly slept at all. Really tired today !!

Adequate but nothing more. A continental breakfast that you had to preorder wasn’t great.
Pros:

It was clean and located where we needed to be for a concert at the philharmonic hall

Cons:

It felt quite soulless. There were hardly any staff and there was no atmosphere. I was worried what I would do if there was a problem at night as there was no one on the desk

Excellent stay in a great part of Liverpool
Pros:

The location is excellent and they also have a small car park which is so handy if you’re able to bag a space. The staff are top notch. So helpful and friendly

Cons:

The automated check in is a right pain in the backside. Not straight forward at all. Thank goodness for the staff on hand to help out. But if there’d been a queue it could have turned into utter chaos.
