Ideal location for Philharmonic Hall, which is 150m away!
Pros:

Cleans and well appointed room.

Cons:

A bit impersonal. Manager greeted us nicely but then later seemingly no staff about.

Great Location- but expensive for what you get

Staff on duty very friendly
Clean room
Good size shower
Shampoos and moisturiser provided although no shower gel.
Pretty well insulated walls so reasonably quiet night sleep

Cons:

Felt a little like an air b and b rather than a hotel
Had family room, upto 4 people can sleep but, it was not that spacious, and only 2 mugs and 2 glasses provided.
Probably could have messaged for more but didn’t as no one on desk after about 4pm, so not point.
Bed was a good size but a little hard for my taste

Checking through automated check point. After 4pm. Was straight forward but would have preferred human contact.

Pretty expensive too. Dont feel it was worth the price. For price would have expected more.

Very limited parking and tight space.

Very small car park. Book in advance £20 . Make sure you check in first as well so you can get into the car park

Booked due to its location near Philharmonic Hall and did not disappoint.

Makes for an unsafe, highly overpriced, entirely unattended and sleepless stay

Cons:

The property is not safe, attended or secure given the central location and high price. The room neighbouring ours was violently forced in the early hours and ours rattled. It was necessary for us to reinforce the door with a chair. We got no rest and their was never any staff around to help or support. The management when contacted were aggressive and dismissive. I would especially recommend avoiding the location if travelling as a lone woman.

Cons:

Could hear when people where walking in room above as being on the first floor . During the night multiple times not sure what was going on .
