Pros:

It was really near the train/tram/bus station which meant we could travel really easily. The location was pretty central and there were so many cool shops and restaurants. The hotel gave us fresh towels everyday and the workers from the hotels were super nice! I really think its worth the money.

I would like to thank the hotel management, especially the manager Adam, for the excellent organization and attention to detail. I would also like to commend the reception staff, Ammar and Al-Sadiq, who were extremely polite, professional, and always helpful. They made sure guests felt comfortable at all times. It was a great experience, and I wish them continued success.

Great area location and staff 10+
The public parking is a little strange around here, but the people are very kind and good.

Cons:

We had problems with bedbugs in 2 rooms. The staff was very prompt and changed our room.
General cleanliness in the rooms should be improved.
