Studio correct, sans charme, avec un joli rooftop
Pros:

- Appartement bien situé, dans un quartier calme idéal pour partir en visite, juste en face d’un grand supermarché et proche des boutiques.
- Cuisine bien équipée, avec café moulu, filtre, sel, poivre et huile : très pratique.
- Le grand bidon d’eau minérale de 20L est très appréciable surtout que l’eau du robinet de Tulum nous a rendu malade (ne pas l’utiliser pour se laver les dents ni pour faire la vaisselle).
- Le rooftop est superbe et la piscine y est très agréable.
- La literie est confortable.

Cons:

- Pas réellement de parking à disposition : il faut faire une demande préalable sinon c’est parking dans la rue.
- Il y a d’énormes jours entre les parois de la douche. Résultat : salle de bain inondée systématiquement même en faisant très attention. Et pas toujours d’eau chaude…
- Les rideaux ne sont pas complètement occultants : ils laissent passer beaucoup de jour.
- Nous n’avions ni petite serviette ni torchon pour la vaisselle : nous avons fait la demande 2 fois sur booking mais cela n’a jamais été pris en compte.
- La salle de sport est très petite, humide et les tapis de course ne fonctionnent pas.
- Contrairement aux photos, la décoration et la qualité des matériaux de l’appartement laissent à désirer.
- J’ai dû demander la procédure de sortie car 1h avant le check out je n’avais toujours reçu aucun message.
- Je ne recommande pas le studio 226.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Piscine incroyable et appartement très confortable.
Pros:

Très bel endroit avec une très grande piscine sur le toit. Le studio était très bien et donnait à l’arrière de l’édifice, ce que nous avons apprécié. Nos hôtes ont été très proactifs dans leurs communications et nous ont accommodés pour une nuit. Merci

Cons:

Comme nous mangeons souvent à l’appartement, un minifour et quelques outils supplémentaires seraient un plus.

Cons:

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt im Menesse Apartments. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es mehrere ernsthafte Probleme: Ameisenbefall in der Unterkunft, starke Sauberkeitsmängel und am Ende sogar sichtbaren Schimmel im Badezimmer. Trotz mehrfacher Meldung wurde sich nur sehr oberflächlich darum gekümmert und insgesamt hatte man das Gefühl, dass es niemanden wirklich interessiert.

Pros:

I had the best stay here. Stayed three nights and wished it could have been more. The apartment was so lovely and clean with everything you wanted. The pool on the roof was a beautiful spot as well. Communication was always fast and very helpful. Would recommend 100,%

A fabulous apartment with great rooftop pool

Pros:

Great big and specious room, include everything you need. And close to the car rental areas which was a plus for me. The building is really fancy and include gym pool and spa, and the room has kitchen with amenities and great balcony.

Cons:

The wifi password was incorrect so we couldn't use it for our stay, but I have to say the team was very responsive and tried to help, but they needed access to the room to fix it, when we were outside so we didn't allow that.
