Pros:

Struttura carina, per essere un homestay e accogliente

Cons:

Stanza piccola e la pulizia lascia a desiderare, frigo trovato sporco, buchi nel pavimento, abbiamo fatto 12 notti e la stanza l'hanno pulita 2 volte e solo dopo nostra richiesta. Abbiamo pagato extra per avere la colazione, ma secondo loro la colazione è un piatto di Pho, piatto tipico vietnamita, solo dopo nostra lamentela ci hanno concesso una colazione con caffè e roba dolce (poca). In generale, per qualità/prezzo si può trovare di meglio. Dispiace scrivere questa recensione, visto che lo staff, non tutti, erano abbastanza cordiali.

This Homestay in Old Saigon exeeded our expectation. Cosy and nestled amongst beautiful narrow streets without the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is very tasty and the staff is wonderful. Definatley coming back.

Sehr hübsches und ansprechendes Hotel. Der Innenhof mit Pool ist eine sehr willkommene Ruhezone in einer Stadt wie HCMC.

Cons:

Zimmer überraschend klein aber noch ok.
Balkon so schmal dass man nur dort kurz stehen kann aber viel zu klein um ihn auch wirklich zu nutzen

Hotell on tore, personal sõbralik.
Pros:

Ilus hotell. Oaas keset suurt linna. Joogivesi oli tasuta terve päev saadaval. Saime suure korteri. Kaardiga oli mugav sisse-välja käia. Asus ca. 5 km kesklinnast, saab ka jala liikuda, kui on soovi. District 1 st pisut väljast. Saab hea ülevaate linnast. Ümbruskonnas head hinnad võrreldes kesklinnaga District 1-ga.

Cons:

Hommikusöök ei ole buffee. Hommikusöögil oli joogid ekstra tasu eest. Isegi kohv. Põrandad tundusid olevat mustad- pesemata. Prügikast oli ainult vannitoas. Vannitoa seinas jooksid sipelgad ringi.

The room is a bit small, but it’s well arranged, fully equipped, and meets all basic needs for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast was tasty and just right to start the day. A great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy place to stay.
