Most már kéne rákölteni az ingatlanra, mert romlik a színvonal.
Pros:

Elhelyezkedés tökéletes 5 perc a belváros és a tengerpart is. Lehet parkolót foglalni ami nagy kincs Gradoban 10 eur/nap, de megéri. Apartman mérete megfelelő, hatalmas terasz tartozik hozzá. SMS-ben minden információt megkaptunk

Cons:

Többször szálltunk már meg itt, szóval van viszonyítási alapunk. Az első negatívum a főbejáratnál ért, mert SMS-ben azt írták, ha ott vagyunk csörgessük meg Őket és távolról beengednek. Hívtam nem nagyon értette mit akarok, kinyomott. Amikor újra hívtam már fel sem vette a telefont. Szerencsére jöttek ki és bejutottunk. A tisztaság bőven hagyott kivetni valót, a bútorok kezdenek lepukkani, a matrac kemény volt, a fürdőszobában a zuhanykabin nem záródott jól minden zuhanyzás után felmosás. Leginkább a tisztaság hiánya zavart.

Pros:

Sehr sauber, Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut (viel Auswahl, gute Qualität), Lage auch super!

Cons:

Notausgangslicht im Wohnzimmer ist leider sehr hell in der Nacht (wenn es auch als zweites Schlafzimmer genutzt wird - wie bei uns - ist das ein bisschen störend)

Kurztrip nach Grado

relativ in Zentrumsnähe, relativ in Nähe zum Mare, relativ gutes - breites - Frühstück, relativ große Terrasse, Parkplatz, vis a vis vom Hotel

Cons:

generell keine (Lärm) dichten Fenster/Türen, direkt an einer relativ stark befahrenen Straße, von da her sehr laut, das Hotel liegt am Kanal, Nordseitig, es gibt keine physischen Ansprechpersonen, alles - wenn - nur über Handy, naja gespart wird wohl überall - aber sonnst grob ok 🙏

Das Appartement ist sehr schön und groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Parkplätze davor sind noch gratis. Die Lage ist top. Der Preis ein Hit. Das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich.

Es war sehr schön dass eine Heizung vorhanden war und das Bad sehr gross und warm war und kein Schimmel vorkam. Der Balkon ist superschön und das Auto im Haus ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Eine gemeinsame Zudecke, zwei einzelne wären besser.
