Couldn’t recommend it enough! The staff were uniquely friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and the memory foam

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel very much at home from start to finish. We had a fantastic stay in a peaceful slice of luxury in Palermo

Estancia estupenda en Palermo!
Pros:

Las instalaciones modernas y bien equipadas. La piscina y el spa muy necesarios cuando en Palermo aprieta bien en calor. Equipo muy amable, sobretodo Silvia, Salvatore y Maria Elena, que nos sirvió unos desayunos estupendos. Repetiria sin duda!

Cons:

No está en el centro-centro.

Lovely hotel, would recommend.
Pros:

The location is great. The beds are really comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and really varied. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Decent size rooms.

Cons:

The hot tub wasn’t working whist we were there which was a shame but we still enjoyed it anyway!

L’accueil chaleureux, la grandeur de la suite, la propreté.

Cons:

L’entrée trop cachée, la piscine un peu petite et la terrasse trop chaude pour le petit déjeuner.

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Seul hotel où il vous propose des bouteilles d’eau sans vous les faire payer. C’était le 3 eme hôtel 4 étoiles de mon séjour et c’était le seul qui proposait ce service. Piscine intérieur / extérieur ouverte 24h/24. Petit dej frais et très bon. Rien a dire merci

Un excellent séjour sur Palerme dans un lieu exceptionnel.
Pros:

Le personnel est au petit soins.
Les équipements sont qualitatifs et peu fréquenté.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

Séjour super confortable et relaxant au cœur du quartier authentique de la Kalsa
Pros:

L'emplacement idéal, les piscines accessibles 24h sur 24, la terrasse du petit déjeuner, la chambre immense et très fonctionnelle avec accès direct au jardin et à la piscine, la gentillesse et la générosité du personnel

Personale meraviglioso in un contesto alla loro altezza !
Pros:

Lo staff è eccezionale, una nota di merito speciale per un’accoglienza di particolare attenzione, empatia, rispetto. Gran parte del voto pieno è per tutto il personale, prezioso.
La location strategica: raggiungi il centro, il porto, la stazione ferroviaria in pochi minuti a piedi.
La struttura di qualità e gusto. Le camere moderne, comode e funzionali. La piscina esterna un toccasana per la calura di questa estate e quella coperta un vezzo gradevole e gradito.
La terrazza ben arredata è sicuramente interessante anche se il troppo caldo non ci ha permesso un effettivo godimento (ma il prosecco - offerto - sui divanetti con vista tetti sarebbe stato fantastico .. annotiamo per la prossima visita).
Colazione molto curata: l’iris fritta un patrimonio dell’Unesco 😁
