It’s like a little oasis behind the beautiful old doos
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. The indoor pool was lovely. The bed was super comfortable. Everything was within easy reach on foot.

Cons:

The rooms could do with draws and somewhere to hang dresses that don’t drape all over the floor. The maintenance team could do with looking at the shower head and curtain rails.

Pros:

The staff was unbelievably nice. My husband hurt his ankle while traveling and they brought our breakfast to us downstairs and helped us seek medical help. Our room was enormous and more than met our needs and that hot indoor pool was a pleasure to soak in at the end of the day.

Super friendly staff and lovely facilities - recommend!
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely - they buy in fresh pastries that you order the night before (via Whatsapp), in addition to their standard breakfast menu which you choose at the table. So grateful they accommodated our very early breakfast on the day of the Palermo Half Marathon too.
Loved that you could spend time on the roof terrace (sun loungers, tables, parasols) and you could message on the same Whatsapp number for drinks and snacks to be brought up to you. The bed and pillows were a dream! Really, really comfortable and the shutters meant complete darkness too - we slept so well in our room overlooking the back garden (our friends didn't but they chose to sleep with their window open and their room was over looking the front of the building/road - if we'd known, we would have swapped rooms before settling in as we keep the window closed. We'll know for next time!)

Great location. It was easy to get to and a good location for the train and walking to restaurants.
Pros:

Absolutely professional staff. Friendly accommodating. They explained everything.

Un hôtel avec un vrai cachet et extrêmement confortable, dans un quartier super intéressant
Pros:

L’emplacement, le design de l’hôtel, le confort de la literie le spa et plus encore, la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Seul petit bémol : L’insonorisation de la chambre laissait un peu à désirer (on entendait bien les voisins de la chambre du dessus)

Pros:

Within walking distance of the railway station and the main attractions in Palermo, yacht harbour& many restaurants as well as the Botanical Gardens.
Swimming pool was a bonus. Good breakfast on a roof top terrace

Pros:

This is a perfect place to stay to see Palermo on foot and eat at great restaurants close by.
It is a unique quirky building converted beautifully.
The breakfast and evening drinks on the roof terrace are a real treat, made all the better by a complimentary bottle of prosecco.
The indoor spa pool was great to have after a day out exploring on foot.
It was very peaceful inside the grounds of the hotel at night.
Very comfortable beds and pillows.
But what really makes it so good are the exceptionally helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile.

Cons:

Locating it for the first time.
Very well hidden behind a discrete portcullis doorway in a residential area with very narrow streets in the old town.
But it's location once found was perfect.

Super cool building - a prior tomato factory!
Pros:

The breakfast staff was kind and prompt and professional. Very well done.
We also really appreciated the bottle of prosecco brought to us on the roof - gratis.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our arrival coincided with the water heater going out. Cold showers were what we got! Not a big deal, but a discount or slight refund would have been appropriate.

Noisy, disruptive, not relaxing.
Pros:

Staff were great.

Cons:

Breakfast was very repetitive. The management needs to consider better soundproofing between floors, better drains management and the constancy of hot water provision. No way is this currently **** accommodation. Awoken every morning by breakfast preparation at 6.30am and during the night around 2-3am as we were above the Reception despite requesting a quiet room.
