Pros:

La taille de la chambre. Gentillesse du personnel. Situation géographique. Petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Pas de système de ventilation dans la chambre. Dans la salle de bain, la vmc était bruyante et complètement inefficace. Il y avait des traces de moisissures et cela sentait fortement l’humidité. Il fallait attendre un temps interminable (presque 10 minutes) pour avoir de l’eau chaude, quel gâchis d’eau !
Beaucoup de moustiques dans la chambre.
La salle de sport pourtant bien équipée était collée au spa. La ventilation étant inexistante, il y faisait une chaleur et un humidité intenables pour faire du sport.

Das Personal war sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren alle fussläufig zu erreichen. Nach der Tour durch die Stadt kann man im Innen/ oder Außenpool die Muskeln entspannen. Tolle Dachterrasse.

Cons:

Die Betten sind viel zu weich. Ich mag weiche Betten, aber das war to much. Das Frühstück muss man vorbestellen und es wird dann morgens geliefert.
Der Frühstücksraum auf dem Dach ist runter gerockt. Im Sommer aber bestimmt toll. wenn man draußen sitzen kann.

Hervorragender Service! Sehr kompetente Beratung zu Angeboten in der Stadt. Perfekte Gastgeberinnen.
Tolles Frühstücking, super freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen.
Perfekte Lage im Zentrum.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat keine Hotelbar und keinen Aufenthaltsraum! Das ist ein klarer Minuspunkt auch im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Super Lokation. Gerne wieder
Pros:

Super Indoor-Pool Bereich. Schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Räume. Schöne Dachterrasse für das Morgenessen mit individuell bestellbarem Morgenessen. Quartier ist einbischen runtergekommen, aber hinter dem düster anmutenden Eingangsportal erwartet einen eine schöne Anlage. Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Man weiss nicht so recht, ob man sich in einem sicheren oder unsicheren Quartier befindet. Die Anwohner nutzen alle zusätzliche Lenkradschlösser. Zufahrt vors Hotel ist zu gewissen Tageszeiten nur mit Anwohnerbewillligung erlaubt.

Eine nicht erwartete Oase an einem im ersten Moment zwiespältigen Ort.
Sehr bequeme Betten und Frühstück auf dem Dach mit spezieller Aussicht.
Alles Personal als äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit erlebt inklusive Hotelbesichtigung und Tipps für die Besichtigung von Palermo.
Wir durften das Zimmer bis 14.00 benutzen da wir am Morgen noch eine Tour gebucht hatten und das Gepäck im Hotel lassen wollten.

A lovely, intimate hotel near the center of Palermo
Pros:

After staying for only 2 nights this hotel felt like home. The staff were so kind and helpful. The facilities are very nice, particularly the fitness and jacuzzi area. Breakfast on the roof terrace was fresh and varied, with local pastries to order. The location is excellent: very central yet still quiet, with some good restaurants nearby. We liked being so close to the harbor.

Cons:

The shower was nice but hot water required some patience.

Increíble atención y trato, me hicieron sentir como en casa! El servicio que ofrecen es de 10!!! La piscina climatizada 24h es una maravilla, también el desayuno que ofrecen y las facilidades para todo, y el barrio tiene un encanto especial!
Muchas gracias a todos, se nota cuando los negocios se llevan con amor.

Como punto de mejora, cuidaría un poco más la limpieza de las habitaciones.

Pomodoro inside Palermo
Pros:

Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war prima. Das Hotel befindet sich in den Gebäuden einer ehemaligen Tomatenfabrik und ist super zentral. Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Witzig die kleinen, von der Nonna der Familie selbst gefertigten Schlüsselanhänger als Abschiedspräsent. Werden nächstes mal in Palermo wieder dort einkehren

Cons:

Nicht ganz leicht zu finden. Wir sind in der Dunkelheit mehrmals dran vorbeigefahren, weil nur ein relativ kleines Schild ohne Leuchtschrift auf dem alten Einfahrtstor ((Patina) angebracht ist.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, le spa est super et tout est très propre. Nous avons même pu rester la journée de notre départ pour profiter du spa avant de prendre notre avion.
Le personnel est très gentil et le petit-déjeuner très bon.

La struttura, ricavata in un ex conservificio, è moderna ed accogliente. Il personale tutto è stato estremamente gentile e cordiale.
La colazione, ricca ed abbondante, si basa principalmente su prodotti freschi ed a KM zero.
Le stanze, comode e spaziose, sono funzionali ed arredate con gusto.
La piscina coperta, inclusa nel soggiorno ed aperta H24, è davvero una coccola gradita.
