Poor experience
Pros:

Nothhing

Cons:

The surroundings were very noisy despite being told there were soundproof walls. After the first day, the hot water stopped and I had to contact the host to resolve it. The location was poor, not clean, and I did not feel safe during my stay.

A disappointing stay
Pros:

Compact, well equipped, 2 toasters , kitchenette but no hair dryer. Washer/dryer and fridge but no mirror in the bathroom.

Cons:

Location was next to a construction area as it is being redeveloped. At night entertainment somewhere in the building as they were auditioning the drummers from hell. They were all winners. Same the next night but not for long. No hot water for a shower on day 2. Fixable I am sure. Bed was too short to stretch in.

Enjoyed our stay. Good for families with small children.

Do not recommend! Dodgy area!!

Cons:

I didn’t actually make it inside. When I arrived, the area was very run down and didn’t feel safe. The hotel is located next to an abandoned factory with the windows blown out in an industrial estate. There is no safe parking and I didn’t want to leave my car on the street, esp because the area doesn’t look safe. The room was non refundable but I decided to book somewhere else because I put my safety first.

incredible value for money and nice, spacious rooms.
Pros:

there was no breakfast but it is local to the bull ring so we were able to get breakfast very easily.
