Cleaning can be better.

Very small room , the oly small window facing the duct , no water bottle , AC remote etc in room while checkin , not even a chair , the average rates for the room was showing just 50 % in other online portals

food was provided as per our specification and quality was good

Could do with some more storage in the rooms and places to hang clothes.
Some maintenance in the bathrooms needed

Charged exorbitantly high for the facilities provided
No reply on the change of plan. They had collected payment for all 4 days while checking in.
Very small room, not flexible people, very remote location.
WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS PLACE FOR STAY AGAIN

This hotel *does not allow foreign guests!*

We had a late flight and arrived at 2AM only for the staff, who were sleeping on the floor behind the desk in the lobby, to refuse to get up and acknowledge our booking. They said they didn't have any reservations and they could not allow foreign guests because they do not have a C form (a form in India to track travel by foreigners). We argued for 10 minutes while they laid on the ground and kept pulling the blanket back over their heads to sleep. There is *nothing* right near the hotel except one other hotel a 10 minute walk away. We tried walking to the other hotel but it was quite dark and as we approached, 2 dogs started barking and coming at us, then 7 more came out of the park and neighborhood and started barking and following us too. We went back to this property and stood in the lobby trying to get an Uber. We offered to just pay the fee in cash and then they finally perked up, stood up, looked up my information, and said my name out of the blue (I had never said my name up to now - so they did in fact have our reservation). They still couldn't let us stay due to the C form, but started asking if we had an ID card of any Indian friends to check in under them. Meanwhile after about 20 minutes waiting, Uber finally booked us a car so we just headed back to the airport and (didn't) sleep in the lobby.

This hotel needs to clearly state they do not accept foreign guests or just be removed from Booking. They just send templated automated messages but never responded to any messages in the app. They should have cancelled my booking ahead of time, but clearly no one is monitoring the Booking messages.

No value added services. Everything is paid. Small beds. Twin beds not available

They didn't provide a single chair in the room.Food service is also quite late.
