Estadia agradável
Pros:

Prédio muito agradável com piscina, próximo de Pollença e Formentor. Muito central!

Cons:

O Horário do check out é às 10h é muito cedo para quem está de férias e gosta de descansar, acordar com calma e tomar o pequeno-almoço sem pressa.

Базовые апартаменты, комфортно для семьи 4 человека,,, спаленки маленькие, но в каждой шкаф, аккуратно, постель белоснежная, полотенца белые,, все чисто,, Видно сразу, что чистоте приделают высокое внимание,,, для нас это было ВАЖНО,,, да,, апартаменты без роскоши, но УДОБНО, Есть ВСЕ БАЗОВОЕ- посуда, все для приготовления еды и все аккуратно и чисто ,,,

A real gem!
Pros:

The apartment was spotless, with excellent AC. The rooms are a very good size with a lovely balcony too. The location is perfect, it's a 5 - 10 min walk to the beach (depending on your walking speed). The pool was lovely too and also very clean. There are small supermarkets and lovely restaurants also 5 - 10 min walk away.

Cons:

The apartment is situated next to a reasonably busy road but set back on a long drive way. The outside areas are immaculate with pretty flowers. You cannot hear any traffic noise inside and the bus stop to Alcudia is a 5 min walk along the main road.
