The area is quiet and the swimming pool was lovely.
At night you can hear everything from other guests. From them walking, talking even moving chairs/ furniture
L’environnement et emplacement pas loin de la plage la propreté du bâtiment top bravo au service de nettoyage qui sont très discret et efficace
Malheureusement pas de vue sur la mer et le balcon qui était trop petit pour 5 personnes très dommage et surtout pas de machine a laver le linge et n’y laver vaisselle pour une famille avec des enfants

Excellent apartment in a good location, plenty of parking on the street in front of the house, spotlessly clean, superb shower, and Jeanette who manages the apartment was excellent before, during and after our stay. Bike storage if you wish to use it and we even went in the pool (briefly as its November!).
No hesitation in recommending this property. We will definitely be back
Only minor issue is hearing other people walking around in the apartment above but the quiet times were observed by everyone when we were there.

Comfortable beds.
Accomodating staff - our transfer back was late evening and we could extend check out time FOC.
Great area, close to a beach, restaurants, supermarket and bus stops serving Formentor, Palma, Alcudia and local area with some stunning beaches.
Kids loved the pool and were the only ones using it - end of the season so not all appartments were occupied.
Bike storage facility.
Unit on the ground floor in the staircase with some shared spices, coffee, sunscreen, also beaech toys - we used some of those during our stay.
Lack of an oven in the appartment.
Bathroom extraction struggled with removing moist air with 6 occupants all showering one after another.
Spots of mould in places.
Very cold ceiling lights and no ambient lighting, could be cosier with some of those.
Great location not too far away from bars and restaurants or seafront. Quiet. Handy storage area for bicycles. Well stocked kitchen with all necessary bits. Fridge and freezer. Lovely pool. Owner of appartments were quick to respond to questions and queries. Bathroom was lovely and well kept
The lighting is a bit harsh in the appartments would be nice to have some small lamps so you don't have to put the big light on every time.
Ubicación muy buena a 5 minutos de una playa muy tranquila y bien ubicado, con sitio para aparcar sin problemas. El apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo que necesitábamos. Muy exigentes en cuanto a los horarios y las horas de descanso. Volvería a alojarme.
