Pros:

Ubicación
Muy seguro y tranquilo
Muy buena atención de parte del dueño
La habitación muy cómoda pero muy fría

Cons:

No me gustó el baño fuera de la habitación(me enteré al llegar qué era así)
Aunque el dueño se ocupó de ello(de tres días, me puse bañar una vez con agua caliente y la segunda me congele, el primer día no me pude bañar)
Es un lugar muy frio. Hay un A/C fuera de la habitación que no alcanza a calentar el ambiente. Para hañarse. Entre el agua helada y el frío.. La verdad no la pasé bien con eso. Fueron días muy fríos.

Un excelente lugar si queres estar tranquilo. Seguro y cerca de once compras.
Pros:

El lugar es cómodo. Amplio. Esta todo muy limpio. Las camas cómodas. Las sábanas de buena calidad. El baño impecable.

Pros:

Area was central and within an hour or less it's possible to walk to all the major neighborhoods of the city. Close to main streets so not too dangerous to walk home at night. Newly renovated on inside with historic touch and high ceiling and spacious rooms. Owner responsive. Good places to eat nearby.

Cons:

Problems with gas in the building but tge problem was resolved by the end.

Pros:

Lovely authentic, nontouristy neighborhood with tango roots and history and local character. Cute and quirky manager. Clean with kitchen and spacious rooms with high ceiling. Great lication withing walkable distance to all zones. Near main streets so safe enough to walk home at night. Good wifi.

Cons:

Hot water runs out quickly but has hot water

Pros:

La comodidad, el silencio y la tranquilidad que se siente me encantó. La atención de la señora fue muy buena y amable con nosotros.

Cons:

Por ahí la cerradura demoraba en abrir y cerrar la puerta..es lo único....
