Dear Rosewood Mandarina Team,
From the moment my daughter, son, and I arrived at the airport, we were greeted by our driver with warmth and thoughtful touches that set the tone for an extraordinary stay. The resort Mandarina Rosewood felt like stepping into a paradise so perfect we had to pinch ourselves to believe it was real.
Upon arrival Juan Carlos and the staff enveloped us in a welcome that felt like coming home. Every detail, from the gracious hospitality to the genuine care of every golf cart driver, made us feel cherished. Our butlers, Danny and Lilly, provided exceptional service. Each staff member’s heartfelt kindness created a sense of belonging that was effortless and sincere.
At La Cocina, Allora, the servers went above and beyond, delighting our palates with every dish. The Treetop Bar at One & Only had stunning sunset views paired perfectly with the bartenders charm.
Our horseback riding adventure was straight out of a storybook, thanks to our guide, Manuel and his beautiful horses for stealing the show. Not only did he keep us safe and grinning ear to ear, but his warmth and unexpected talents as a photographer and videographer made the beachside views and majestic horses even more magical. Every interaction, every small gesture, felt like a gift crafted just for us.
