Good value-for-money lakeside hotel, super clean but on need of a face lift
Pros:

Excellent location, very friendly staff, but the hotel is “tired” and in need of a face lift. There is a weird “light automation” installed in the rooms that takes a while to figure out. Meanwhile, the rooms and facilities seem to have been untouched since the 1960s. Great retro feel but the hotel is in need of a facelift. Having said that, I have to point out that it IS a German hotel, so it’s super clean!

The breakfast buffet is really good and the staff very polite. Good value for money, but not for the five-star traveler.

Cons:

The property is a bit dated and could do with a facelift. However, the location is great and the prices (in comparison to typical lakeside hotels in Bavaria!) make it good value for money.

Wäre schön wenn die Säfte am Frühstücksbüffet
Zur Auswahl stehen würden, Selbstbedienung.
Muss man jedes Mal bei der Bedienung bestellen.
Das reinigungspersonal hat sich oft sehr laut auf den Fluren unterhalten, und diese vor 8.00 Uhr gesaugt…. Für Langschläfer nicht so erholsam

Tolles, sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Seeblick. Beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts. Hier findet jeder etwas. Abendessen im Glashaus direkt am See ist wunderschön uns das Essen ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unsere Hunde waren ebenso willkommen.

Pros:

Відпочивали з пʼятирічною дитиною. Все дуже сподобалось. Басейн був чистий та з приємною температурою. Поряд - дитячій розважальний центр. Сніданок був ситний і смачний. Взагалі ресторан готелю порадував смачними стравами і безкоштовним коктейлем. Персонал - супер. Номер - дуже затишний та чистий, хоча меблі та ванна трохи застарілі, але в цьому був свій вайб.

Schöner Aufenthalt, dank Hotel und sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war für die gebuchte Kategorie voll in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und vielseitig, so, dass jeder etwas für sich findet. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, direkt am Tegernsee und der Strandpromenade. Das Jod - Schwefelbad liegt gleich um die Ecke, und ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Als weiteres Highlight ist die hervorragende Küche zu nennen, die über jeden Zweifel erhaben ist.
