Staff attitude and seemed to try the scam u into paying cash directly to them not through register, even though marked us down as paid for breakfast.

The location as great for our trip. Close to metro, grocery and restaurants. Triple Room was clean, 2 in master bedroom, 1 on pullout couch in living room. Small galley kitchen and a spacious balcony. Compact bathroom with little space for a toothbrush.
Area and room felt safe. Quiet with closed windows, but street noise with windows open.
Tiny elevators, as is common in Europe.
Cooling: READ THIS: Confirm you will be permitted to cool your room to your desired temperature!!! Room is advertised with AC, but it's centrally controlled (from front desk with building management software). "Controller" on wall reports temperature only. Actual room was at 25C, with a setpoint of 22C, and could be lowered.
Staff is instructed to say it's the local law, but that is incorrect as the law applies to common commercial areas, not private residences or hotel rooms.
Was told to just open windows as it's cooler outside. That's nice at 2am with loud street noise (which the closed windows block successfully)!! Needless to say, night 1 was terrible for room temperature and street noise. For night 2, room was cooled to our comfort, after nagging the front desk, manager, etc with persistence.
Confirm in writing that you will be permitted to control the room temperature with the property before booking!!!!
J’ai choisi un studio familial et c’est exactement la grandeur que je recherchais.
La douche est extraordinaire, la pression est incroyable. J’ai des long cheveux épais et c’est facile de bien les laver.
Il y avait de grands rangements pour nos effets personnels.
L’emplacement est parfait, près de tout. De toutes façons, les transports en commun à Barcelone sont très efficaces.
L’équipement de cuisine était complet et propre.
Le personnel a l’accueil et à l’entretien ménager sont tous gentils.
Au départ, on nous a donné la mauvaise chambre, était-ce volontaire ou une erreur ? Nous avons dû retourner à la réception pour faire le change.
La climatisation est à 22C et il n’y a pas de ventilation dans la chambre, il fait beaucoup plus de 22 dans la chambre. Au niveau du salon c’était bien car la sortie d’air froid s’y trouve. Un ventilateur dans la chambre serait nécessaire.

O Staff foi muito simpático, especialmente a Sol. Quarto espaçoso, limpo e confortável. Possuía todos os utensílios de cozinha necessários para fazermos alguma refeição rápida. Localização muito boa, próxima à estação de metro e pontos de autocarro.
Senti falta de toilletries.
