Excellent and safe location, close to Americana and El Centro. We would stay here again if needed.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to El Centro and Americana. The front desk was manned 24 hours a day.The staff was friendly. The shower was forceful with hot water.

Cons:

The room could be cleaner, especially with dusting. The pot and pan in the kitchen were in very bad shape, so we were unable to cook. Those items need to be replaced with new pots and pans. Both were disgusting. Overall, the area is quiet, but there is some noise from the road and the piano store across the street. The cafe never opened up all week.

Recepcionista de la noche déspota, grosero. Evite una discusión. Al ingresar al hotel por segunda ocasión no se nos informó que no se podía pasar bebidas al escucharnos de comprar 4 cervezas para subir a la terraza lanza su comentario que no se podía beber porq no había permiso para pasar bebidas porque no incluye alimentos y que el personal de ahí ( refiriéndose a los dueños, administrativo no se) eran conflictivo. La primera noche 10 de 10. No me molestó si se podía o no sino la reacción al escucharnos y que en ningún momento al ingresar los dos días se me menciono algo.
