Wunderschön und erholsam alles in einem top
Pros:

Sehr schönes geräumiges Apartment,das wir mit drei Leuten und einem kleines Kind bewohnt haben .Es war alles vorhanden und gepflegt Personal super hilfsbereit und Nett

Cons:

Es wäre schön wenn ein Besen oder Wischmop vorhanden gewesen wäre und zb Spülschwamm und Geschirr Tücher leider gab es nur einen kl.Kehrblech mit mini Besen

Pros:

The area is pretty busy during the night, but the windows are really good. The flat is reqlly close to the beach.

Cons:

They denied my request for late check in (10 pm) without any comment or question and asked me to arrive 1 hour before the arrival time set on their booking page... The availibility of the reception was not responsible.
Poorly equipped kitchen.

Pros:

L’appartamento era pulito, spazioso e con un bel design. La cucina dotata delle stoviglie necessarie, mancava giusto uno scola posate, ma per il resto tutto ok. C’è solo da ricordarsi di portare da sé spugnette, sapone piatti, qualche molletta per stendere e ciò che serve se si vuole dare una pulita al locale poiché non in dotazione. In alternativa offrono un servizio ad un costo extra per la pulizia camere.
Lo staff gentile e disponibile, soprattutto il ragazzo alla reception che è stato chiaro ed è venuto incontro ad ogni nostro dubbio e richiesta.
Nel complesso soggiorno molto buono.

Cons:

Una piccola nota è che durante la settimana di permanenza abbiamo voluto provare per un giorno il servizio di pulizie che veniva proposto dalla struttura al costo extra di 25€ per ogni volta che fosse richiesto. Purtroppo a conti fatti, l’importo c’è sembrato un tantino elevato visto che nel servizio erano esclusi ad esempio la pulizia della zona cucina e il letto è stato rifatto si, ma senza il cambio lenzuola. All’effettivo quindi sono stati sostituiti gli asciugamani, puliti i sanitari e i pavimenti.
Consiglierei infine alla struttura di aggiungere un porta saponi nella doccia e fornire uno stendino adatto alle dimensioni del terrazzino visto che c’è stato detto che non potevamo averlo poiché la misura dello stesso non lo permette… una soluzione adatta la si può trovare dai ;)

Top Urlaub in Strand und in der Fußgängerzone
Pros:

Top Lage zum Strand und Bummelstraße - Schön eingerichtetes Appartement. Modern, schönes Bad und Schlafzimmer. 2 Flat TV. Klimaanlage, grosser Balkon mit Tisch und stühlen. Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe. Strand sehr nah. Liegen im Appartement buchen. Check in hat super geklappt. Es wurde alles gut erklärt, Sehr netter Angestellter, der alle Fragen beantwortet und unterstützt. Geschirrspüler braucht es nicht bei dem bisschen Geschirr mit italienischer Trockenweise. Waschmaschine in der Küche zum Wäsche waschen, auch an die Tabs für die Maschiene wurde gedacht.

Das große Messer war nicht scharf, kleine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln anstatt der italienischen kaffeemaschine mit Pulver wäre gut

Pros:

Appartamento nuovo, concezione dell'arredo di lusso. Molto pulito. Terrazza bellissima affacciata sull'isola pedonale, assenza di rumori a finestre chiuse.

Cons:

Personalmente ritengo un difetto la mancanza della lavastoviglie, perche se avessi voluto mangiare sempre fuori sarei andata in hotel e in un appartamento arredato lussuosamente non è possibile non mettere la lavastoviglie. Ho trovato in altri posti piu economici un kit di benvenuto piu corposo. Ad esempio 1 sola pods per la lavatrice costringendoti ad acquistare il detersivo, assenza di detersivo e Spugne per i piatti. Assente la macchinetta del caffè, presente una moka ma ovviamente ti devi prendere la polvere. Tutti piccoli dettagli ma che, ripeto, per un luogo di un certo livello, non devono mancare. Infine ci tengo a precisare che l'aria condizionata funziona solo a finestre chiuse. Se ho bisogno di arieggjare il bagno, l'aria si spegne. Se voglio stare in terrazza a rilassarmi, e mio figlio sta a dormire sul letto con l'aria accesa non è possibile farlo. Ho capito il risparmio energetico ma questo l'ho trovato abbastanza scomodo

Top Lage, erholsamer Urlaub
Pros:

Top Lage, direkt an der „Hauptstraße“ zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. (Wenige Schritte zu einem kleinen Supermarkt, der grundlegende Dinge hat) Wenige Schritte ins Zentrum. Trotzdem absolute Ruhe im Appartment . Dieses ist top modern gestaltet, mit den neuesten Geräten.

Parkplatz wenige Schritte entfernt.

Strandliegen vorhanden (gegen einen Aufpreis).

Zu fixen Zeiten ist die Rezeption besetzt.

Cons:

Trotzdem ich angegeben habe, dass ich mit meinem beiden Jugendlichen Kindern Reise, war nur das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer bezogen, die Couch im Wohnzimmer musste ich selbst zu einem Bett umfunktionieren und beziehen. Ich wurde anfangs nur hingewiesen, dass alles im Schrank sei. Dabei war das Leintuch dann auch noch viel zu klein für die Fläche der Couch.

Falls man vorhat zu kochen und sich selbst zu versorgen: keinerlei Spülschwämme oder Spülmittel vorhanden. Genauso fehlte es an Geschirrtüchern. Keinerlei Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Wir mussten alles selbst kaufen.

Pros:

Good location, close to the sea, no noise from the street, so you can get a good night's sleep. The room had everything you needed.

Cons:

During the 6 days of stay, they cleaned once, but for some reason did not change the bed, although in the message warning about cleaning, changing the bed was included in the list of cleaning procedures.

Great stay, would definitely come back!
Pros:

We loved the apartment with its modern decoration. The spacious terrace was a big plus, giving us extra space for outdoor dining/relaxing. Great location, walking distance from the beach and from local stores (groceries, restaurants, etc.). The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful!
